The villa PUNTA BRACCETTO SUNSET "VIGLIENA" (inserted in a complex that sees the presence of a campsite, and a tourist village built with low buildings of typical Mediterranean architecture) renovated in 2011 is totally immersed in the green of an immaculate Mediterranean scrubland, typical of this part of the territory.
The property is provided with sets of personal linen and sheets. Expenses for users (gas, water, electricity) and final cleaning are included in the rate.
There is also ample free parking in front of the apartments.
The "Vigliena" structure - ideal for n. 4 adults - it is composed of living room; n. 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin bedroom); a bathroom with shower, a large and bright kitchen, equipped with both an electric oven and a wood-burning oven, a table for 8 people; a practical sofa bed for any additional needs of beds. Furthermore, next to the kitchen, there is a functional and comfortable "barbecue".
