The sleeping areas are separated by archways leading to the open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dining and living area with wood-burning fireplace comfortable seating, SAT TV (German, Spanish, English) and DVD player, WiFi is also available throughout the property. The villa is south facing and benefits from all day sunshine to enjoy the private pool and relaxation, there is also a covered terrace to provide shade and a brick-built barbecue for enjoying evening meals al fresco and a glass of the local wine as the sun sets in the distance.

Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
