Our caravan was right next to the activity hub which was brilliant as I had two kids and a dog. The caravan park was one of the best I've stayed on as there was loads to do.

Excellent stay very nice caravan, clean, comfortable, one small criticism maybe an instruction leaflet in property to explain boiler and door locks etc took a while to suss out but other than that 5star

Nice clean caravan

This was our second time staying at this caravan and both times it was spotlessly clean. My only complaint is the mattress on the double bed needs to be replaced! Very uncomfortable. But other than that we really enjoyed our week stay.

Our stay was lovely but the bed was very uncomfortable as we could feel the springs- needs a new mattress & the shower was hard to regulate to get it cool enough to have a shower.lovely place tho & the caravan park was lovely with lots of ducks who came to my door each day for bread & rabbits running around.

It's Good we had been only 2 night

The caravan wasn't as clean as I'd like, I had to scrub before the kids could go there, and last morning we ran out of water, I don't think it should be like that, first of all, we pay for comfort and coziness

Lovely place overall, just one tiny issue with the key safe code.

Nice clean property upon arrival couldn’t fault it, only ‘bad’ point is the key code number that we were given to unlock the key safe was actually incorrect by one digit. Tried phoning the property owner for assistance but couldn’t get through. Luckily after fiddling with the key safe we did get it open. The text message that is sent with the key code does need corrected though. Thank you

Nice but needs a big update

The caravan was nice, good location close to the club and restaurant on site and not too far. My partner and I slept in the living room and the double mattress in the room was uncomfortable. There were a couple of hairs in the shower, the cooker was greasy and the cupboards above and the pots and pans needed a good soak. Main problem for us was the fact the kettle was unusable, the build up of lime scale was disgusting, we ended using a pan and boiling water on the stove for our morning coffees. Overall it was ok.

Was a good base for a holiday, field just across the road for the kids. Could do with a fridge with some kind of freezer as self catering, ignition for lighting the grill didn’t work lucky I had a lighter. But simply fixes

We should have been told about charges for the kids to use swimming pool and for us all to use the club , they wanted £100 just for the 5 children , we just went to Skegness and they went in the sea , would not have stayed here if we had known !!

Good caravan for short stay

This is the second year we book this caravan and we enjoyed the both times. The only problem we had is the mattress of the double bed which is not comfortable, the springs of the mattress are sometimes painful, maybe the time to change it? Otherwise nothing to complain about.
