Pine Tree Lodge is a spacious three-story log home, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 36 guests in style and comfort. With eight bedrooms—each featuring its own private bathroom—this lodge is perfect for large groups, whether you're visiting for a sports tournament at nearby Rocky Top Sports World, hosting a family reunion, or planning a retreat for your church group.

Each of the eight bedrooms is equipped with a flat-panel TV and direct access to one of the lodge’s three expansive covered decks, allowing you to enjoy the stunning surroundings. The top floor features four bedrooms: two with king-size beds, and two that can sleep up to eight guests in queen-size bunk beds, perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The main floor hosts the primary bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, and a queen-size sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space. This level also offers two inviting living rooms, both with comfortable seating and flat-screen TVs, and a dining area that can easily accommodate your entire group. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to cater to large gatherings, featuring two refrigerators, two ovens, two microwaves, and two dishwashers.

The lower level is where the fun begins. The game room includes a pool table, basketball game, and Golden Tee golf arcade. You’ll also find a home theater with cinema-style seats and a 110” projection screen—ideal for movie nights or watching the big game. The game room’s wet bar ensures refreshments are always close by.

Outside, the three large decks offer plenty of seating with rocking chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air, and two hot tubs provide the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. With 7 parking spaces and easy access to downtown Gatlinburg, Pine Tree Lodge offers everything you need for a memorable mountain getaway.

Beautiful House and Location (But some things broken)

Location and place was amazing. Only critic is one of the hottubs was very slow to heat up and the entertainment floor had broken seats and game setups.

Need Attention

House was beautiful but the cleaniness wasn’t so good, several of my family members got rashes and what appeared to be bed bug bites from bedding which made the stay very uncomfortable. We were literally ready to leave at that point. Staff was attentive to our concerns but the damage was already done. Would not stay at this place again

Senior Trip

We have stayed at this property two consecutive years for our senior class trip. Location is great to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The lodge was clean and as described. We will stay here again.

Review

The pictures are some what misleading i’m sure they should be updated. Believe the reviews about a lot of broken items! The code didn’t work to enter the property, The wifi was horrible I had to go outside to make phone calls and messages, One refrigerator was broken, Hot tub, Stool, Ac on the first floor, The movie projector in the theatre. I’ve contacted the property manager before arriving requesting for maintenance to be up to par and that didn’t happen. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! EVen after coming out to fix the projector to have movie night it still wasn’t working. Everything is outdated and the owner needs to have the decency to care about the property. I can say the cleanliness was done properly but that’s the most I can say that was a positive experience.

October 2023 vacation

The property was very clean. We enjoyed the size of the house because we have a large family. We were disappointed that one of the hot tubs did not work. Also one of the refrigerators was not as cold as it should be. One of the toasters did not work properly and the showers for 2 of the upstairs bathrooms did not have hot water. We still had a good vacation and enjoyed the property.

Very Misleading information promoting the cabin. The Hot Tubs were broken. One hot tub in particular would not heat up even with attempts for over 24 hours. The stair railing very unsafe in the basement, as the railing along the stairs is very loose. Light bulbs missing from lamps.

Everything was as it was advertised. We received information in a timely manner. The rules were reasonable. The rooms with two sets of bunks (queen size) were perfect for all of our teen girls. Overall, we had a really good experience.

Great place for a large group

We had a wonderful time staying here ohr only issues we ran into were the hot tubs that didn't want to work and the dryers handle being broke which we had to figure out how to open ourselves. Other then that the place was amazing and we would book again

Wedding Party Cabin

We rented this cabin for our entire wedding group to stay in the mountains with us and attend our ceremony in Pigeon Forge. It was spacious, well equipped and furnished, and perfect for our purposes. Only downside is that you only have 4 small outdoor trash cans for the entire stay. They only pickup the trash during your stay if it is 7 days or longer.

The lodge was very good as was the location.

The lodge is a beautiful and spacious facility. It was Im navigate on arrival / great housekeeping. The owners need to do some upgrading of furniture and kitchen cookware. Sofas were overworn and some kitchen cookware broken and of substandard quality which detracted from the quality this property couid be. Our family experience here was the best

Our family of 22 people

We couldn't get the ice maker to work. One hot tub didn't get above 80 degrees but it was perfect for the little kids to "swim" in. We were very pleased with everything else. Had a WONDERFUL family gathering of 5 days together.

Annual Christmas Gift to my family of 22!!!

From the moment we drove up to the cabin, we fell in love with Pine Tree Lodge. I have 4 adult children, their spouses, 10 grandchildren, and their friends...totaling 22 in all. When I walked into the kitchen and saw the amazing dining table that we all could sit at, I was in awe. It was that way with everything. We had plenty of room to accommodate all 22 of us without feeling cramped at all. The queenside bunkbeds were perfect for the teenagers. The cabin was very clean, the air conditioner worked fine on the bottom floors but on the top floor it was a little warm, but that was not a problem because we would open the door to cool it off. We loved the 2 well-maintained hot tubs and the large wrap around porch! We will definitely be back to stay at Pine Tree Lodge!!!

Great Getaway

Being from a big family that has moved to different states, this was the perfect middle ground with enough room for all 26 of us to stay together..siblings, significant others and nieces and nephews…. Wish there were more parking spots available, even if it was located somewhere else on the property…. This did put us in a bind, considering most everyone is from different states.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our group. The location sucked. No views of anything. The hot tubs didn't heat up. One of the Refrigerators was raggedy. Floors need a good scrub.

Very awesome place

Cabin was awesome and with 14 of us, two of everything in the kitchen was great. Close to everything but far enough away to relax. When we were not someplace in town, it was nice to sit a rock on the deck. Everything worked and was clean. The only thing we called management for was to pick up our trash and it was gone the next day.

Dirty floors, 3 electric can openers broke, ice maker didn’t work, no linens for sofa beds, not enough large trash bags, detergents. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working, but they did come fix it . Some of the pots and pans were dirty. Plenty of room for 19 of us to stay for 4 nights

A week in the mountains

All in all a very functional space for our group of 16 (3 kids, 13 adults). The downstairs bedrooms are extremely sensitive to the noise upstairs. So put the early risers in the basement bedrooms. The floor creaking is stupid loud.

Great Size

This house was perfect for the size of our group - everyone had ample space. We wished there would have been a yard or play area for the kiddos and wished the common areas were a tad bigger/less in them. The property management company called us to check in and make sure everything was good - we had a few small issues, but they sent workers out the same day to take a look. The house is in a great location - I think we were about 5-10 minutes from a grocery store and about 15ish minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg.
