Louper Weir is an exceptional property, situated on the shores of Lake Windermere, near Bowness-on-Windermere in Cumbria. Hosting four bedrooms: all double rooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and two with en-suite bathrooms complete with free-standing baths and separate showers, this property can sleep up to eight people. Completing the interior on the ground-floor is a kitchen/diner with hand-made bespoke counter tops, a sitting room with cinema-style TV and sound system, snug, and utility room. Outside there is a multi-level garden with lawn, patio and gravel areas including outdoor seating and outdoor Webber cooker, leading out to private jetty and shoreline. Louper Weir will blow you away with its state of the art design and technology, to give you the ultimate Lakes experience.
Amenities: Eco underfloor heating. Cinema style LCD Smart TV, Sonos sound system, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Complimentary toiletries provided. Off-road parking. Garden with patio and seating, lawned area and hot tub. Use of 1x two-seater kayak with the property (at customers own risk). Private jetty mooring (launching available in nearby Bowness-on-Windermere). STRICTLY no pets. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and within the Louper Weir grounds. NOTE: This property will not accept bookings of groups (of more than 2 people) whereby everyone is under the age of 25 and Hen and Stag parties are not permitted.When booking this property, full guest details will be requested, if not provided at the time of booking.The owner reserves the right to turn down a booking if they feel the property is unsuitable or if they believe the property might be put at risk by a specific group. Shop within 2.6 miles and pub/restaurant within 0.5 miles. **Please note as the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, re filled and re heated between each booking it may not be at the optimum temperature until at least 7pm on your day of arrival and on your day of departure the hot tub will be drained at 9.30am**. Please Note: Due to changes in UK commercial food waste legislation taking effect from 31st March 2025, all guests are required to separate their food waste from their other waste before disposal.Further information can be found in the information folders located in the property.Let's do our part to reduce the environmental impact of waste and contribute to a cleaner, greener environment.
