The property is on the first floor and is south facing. Comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 en-suite to main bedroom, large American style kitchen, dining and lounge area, complete with a large flat screen TV with all UK channels. Free WIFI offering 5G is available. The property is fully equipped and has air conditioning and ceiling fans. The balcony overlooks wooded area and gardens and a communal swimming pool with sunbathing area is located within the garden.
Shops and restaurants in Los Dolses Commercial Centre are within a 10 minute walk. La Fuente centre is a 15 minute walk and the famous Villamartin plaza is a 20 minute walk away (just 3 or 4 minutes by car) During the summer months live entertainment is provided on the stage here, this also applies to the many pubs and bars in the area. Within a few minutes drive there is the large La Zenia shopping mall, several golf courses and La Zenia beach. There are other several good clean beaches within a short drive along the coast, including Cabo Roig beach and marina.
The area is suited to family beach holidays, golfing holidays or just quiet relaxation breaks.

Vacaciones para repetir

No falta detalle en la casa, tienes todo lo que necesites para tu estancia. La limpieza impoluta, camas cómodas, buena ubicación (7minutos en coche a la playa de la Zenia), la piscina tranquila y muy limpia, la urbanización tranquila y con mucho silencio.... en resumen perfecto para disfrutar de tus vacaciones tranquilas en familia.Muchas gracias al anfitrión por su atención y dedicación.

Hosts communication was excellent. The apartment was clean and tidy and well equipped. The pool area was very well looked after and clean. There's the main part of the pool and also a bit at the side for young children.

Top notch

The property was exactly as advertised. Large, modern, well equipped and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet, the grocery store only an 8 minute walk and a 25 minute walk to the shopping center. There is a pool on the property but we didn't use it. There is also a bike rental shop on the canal close to the grocery store. The canal path provides traffic free cycling for several kilometers. I would also recommend a car to access all the area has to offer. There is plenty of parking in front of the condo. Our host was an absolute gem to deal with. I would give it 5 stars. 👍

Buenas pues a mi y mi familia, me ha parecido excelente, no le falta de nada esta todo limpio que yo eso lo primero que valoro bastante, me he sentido como en casa, hemos estado por el campeonato de España de Balonmano playa y la verdad es que no esta muy lejos de la playa, edemas de que tienes el centro comercial de la Zenia, Alcampo, Leloy Merlyn, Mercadona, Lidel, restaurantes a 1 km, ademas al final de la calle justo al lado, hay otro centro comercial con restaurantes Farmacia y supermercado, en definitiva, nos ha encantado, si se diera el caso de volver, por que el año que viene tendremos el mismo tormeo, repetiria sin duda

De 10!!

El apartamento es excelente. Muy amplio, luminoso, con aire acondicionado, terraza, dos baños... Totalmente equipado. No falta de nada. Muy bien cuidado. Esta en una zona muy tranquila. La piscina con poca gente, de uso exclusivo de la urbanización y vallada, en una zona muy verde. Centro comercial enorme a 5 minutos, una cala muy cómoda para estar con niños, de entrada de arena, a 7 minutos, donde se encuentra aparcamiento fácil. Para nosotros, de 10!! Sin duda volveremos el año que viene.

Una estancia muy recomendable para descansar. El apartamento en excelentes condiciones. Una piscina comunitaria casi de uso exclusivo. Y a escasos minutos en coche de la playa y del enorme centro comercial peri sin sufrir sus aglomeraciones.
