Sedona Sweetness Vacation Rentals offers this charming two bedroom Sedona Getaway! Great for couples or a small family! BIKE, HIKE, & RELAX in our 4 person HOT TUB! Rejuvenate in our totally remodeled home located in the heart of W. Sedona. A short stroll to Thunder Mountain Trail head for hiking & biking without having to travel by car. Unwind on the patio, fire up the grill, relax by the fire pit or take a moonlit night hike!
Sedona Sweetness #2 offers a full kitchen including new appliances and everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals. Please read our Super Host Reviews!

The home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in W. Sedona (important feature for many) near the base of Thunder Mountain. Thunder Mountain Trail head is walking distance from the home and offers many hiking/biking options. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a few miles of the home. Sedona does enforce a noise ordinance, so quiet time begins at 10 pm.
Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a service available with LINKS transportation.
Please note: There is a separate guest house on the property. The parking for the main 2 bedroom house is off of the side street. (Pastoral) The driveway leads right up to the patio and the front door.
**IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: In Sedona, Arizona, short-term rental owners must conduct sex offender background checks on the guest who makes the booking, before they check in. *Please verify your identity when requested through "Authenticate" so we may run this background check.

Second time here!

My mom and I loved staying here in 2023 so we decided to do a re-make of our trip! The house has everything you need to enjoy indoors as well as outdoors. The beds are super comfortable with soft sheets, we slept like babies :) Although almost freezing temperatures we enjoyed sitting on the cute porch with wine bundled up having our mystical conversations about life. This place has beautiful energy and I wouldn’t be surprised if we return for the third time :)

Home away from home

After our days of hiking and shopping, it was always a welcoming place to enjoy a quiet evening in this well appointed vacation rental. Neighborhood was always quiet day or night. The traffic was busy going to the shopping areas of Sedona 89A but we did not have much traffic in the area of the rental. We really liked the access to the hiking paths close to the rental. Also there are many restaurants close to the VRBO or eating at the well equipped kitchen at the rental. Thanks for having us! Margaret and Art

Get away from the asphalt jungle

Very cozy. Minor issues with tv fire pit and dirty grill. On the whole very nice. great location. I would definitely recommend to friends if issues are addressed. Communication with owners was great.

Hiking getaway

My husband and I had our first visit to Sedona and enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect place to use as our home base as we were out exploring the area. So much to see that we would love to come back.

The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had before and throughout our stay. The property was very clean and comfortable. The property offers easy access to hiking trails with stunning views. It is a great location with short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Walk to trails! View of red rocks and stars from the hot tub. Woke up to wild Pigs around the neighborhood. It was honestly great and I appreciate that it was stocked with coffee and condiments because it’s annoying to get those things for a short stay. Would love to come back!

Perfect house and location

The house was perfect in size and accommodations for us and our friends. It was cozy and clean and well stocked with anything one would need to be comfortable. Location is great too. Very central to town, hiking trails and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay. The home was comfortable, well-stocked, and in a great location that allowed us to avoid much of the high-traffic area of Sedona when accessing trails for hiking and OHV. It was very quiet, and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus after a long day of hiking!

Sedona hiking trip

We loved our stay in Sedona. The house was in a great location so it was a quick drive to wherever we wanted to go. It was nice to be able to come home and relax in the hot tub and cook dinner after a day of exploring. We loved the hike around Chimney Rock that was just a few steps from the house. Would definitely stay here again.
