This beautiful apartment in Barcelona has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room for 6 people. The main bedroom has 1 double bed and the other 2 single beds. The windows are really big and provide a huge amount of light to start the day properly.

In accordance with Community rules, and seeking good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your party must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.

No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.

Passport information: It is required by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

Sant Andreu may not be one of Barcelona's most famous neighbourhoods, but its traditional and village-like feel give it something that you don't find elsewhere in the city. Walk among the area's impressive churches and Modernista houses to get a feel for the city's rich architecture. Walk further into the neighbourhood and you'll find cobble streets, bakeries, cafés, and even the repurposed factory of Fabra i Coats which is now an arts and cultural centre.
Cómo moverse por la zona
The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from Fabra i Puig metro station, on the L1 line which is just a 15 minute ride from the centre of the city. Also a few busses stop close to the apartment so eventhough it is not in the center, you are able to get anywhere quickly!

To get to the apartment from the airport you can easily take a taxi which will take you about 50 minutes door to door! Also, you can take the airport shuttle bus to Placa Catalunya and from there it will only take you 20 minutes to reach the metro stop Fabra Puig which is right next to the apartment!
