This lovely home is at the heart of that description, as the interior style is almost Tuscan, with lots of wrought iron, granite & tile. A spacious living and dining area, and a thoughtful kitchen layout, make meal preparation a family affair. This home will sleep up to 8 people, so it's perfect for Holiday gatherings. The 4th of July is especially fun here, because from the deck of this home, you can watch the fireworks display at Shamel Park, right next door. Just a few steps to the sea to comb Moonstone Beach, and the tide pools. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Perfect place by the beach

Beautiful and spacious home with lots of beds/bedrooms, nice big kitchen table, and two living spaces. Very nice views and conveniently close walk to the beach. Perfect for a big group. Hoping to return soon!

The house is clean and large (rare to find 3 BR, 3 bath) and was very comfortable for our party of 5. Nice ocean view and the ocean air was a welcome change from the heat back home. Lots of great walking from this house, to south (the preserve), north (the beach boardwalk) and east (the west village). Easy check-in and no problems. Would certainly stay here again.

90th birthday party and vacation

Loved the house, where it was and everything about it. So close to Mom on moonstone Beach Drive. A little disappointed, the fireplace didn’t work in the main living room where you do spend a lot of time. the kids loved the fireplace downstairs and was nice and the fireplace in the bedroom was nice. Also, it was a little disappointing that the Jacuzzi tub didn’t work but all in all it was a great stay. !!

Lovely home in great location

This house was perfect for a weekend with our friends! The kitchen had most of what we needed. The dining room was large and had a beautiful view. The living room was comfortable and also had beautiful views. (I wish they had cleaned the windows, though.) We watched the sunset with a glass of wine!

The house is great, the one bedroom and bath on main floor was much smaller than the pictures showed. However over all very nice house (there were a lot of spider webs on outside staircase and by front door).

Beautiful Cambria Ocean View Home

Lovely spacious home with ocean views. A great spot for a special weekend and easily accommodated 3 couples. We’ll stocked kitchen, nice outdoor decks and an easy walk to Moonstone Beach.

Terrific place near the beach in Cambria

We stayed here with 3 couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Very nice layout, plenty of parking, and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

A memorable time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We strolled into this beautiful home on a Saturday afternoon and was very pleased with how much room it gave us as a family. We liked the set up, and it was very roomy on the inside. The only thing was the beds in the spare rooms were only doubles with a King in the master. My son is a little tall, so he was not very comfortable in the smaller beds. The windows in the dining room needed to be cleaned, and a few of windowns didn't open up. Besides that, we had a wonderful time and would love to go back again.

The set up bed-wise was not like in the description, but actually better: 3 rooms with queen/king beds, and then hold outs in the loft and (large) den (rather than one room having 2 beds). Was missing a few basic kitchen amenities that in non-covid times might not matter but otherwise well stocked. Would be nice if basics like shampoo and salt/pepper were provided but not a big issue. It poured rain while we were there and the roof leaked a bit (put a pan to catch drops) but not a big problem either. I would love to return — only downside is price

The living and dining rooms are lined with windows which take advantage of the natural light and ocean view. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master is large and includes a spa tub and gas burning fireplace. The second bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom and faces the street. It has a queen bed and is very small with no dresser or luggage stand. The bath is outside the room and is very small. The bedroom would have benefited from a small chest of drawers perhaps in the closet. There were ants repeatedly in all 3 bathrooms. The living room fireplace is not set up with gas logs and instead has candles. We had a rainy day and would have appreciated a working gas fireplace. The dining room table is large and great for board games but the light above the table was too weak to see well. There were several light bulbs out in the house, including a crucial one in the ceiling above the dining room table. The 3rd bedroom was downstairs attached to a nice large family room. It was dark and chilly and our friends could find no source of heat. The barbecue wasn’t gas, which we are accustomed to. All in all, the home is clean, spacious and comfortable and in a great location, a short block from the ocean. We had a lovely time but feel a few things would have added to the comfort of the home. We would most likely return.

A garage cable broke when we were there, but the management company/owner got it fixed right away. Great walks on Moonstone, Robin's restaurant was superb as were the Elephant Seals up the coast.
