Awesome!

Was greeted right away and was given a tour with help with our bags, owner's husband was extremely friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations and accommodations that came with the space. It was spacious, clean, and in an amazing location in Florence. I would totally recommend staying here along with working with this host and stay again!

Perfect location, great apartment, excellent communication.

My sister and I were in Florence to visit my niece , who is studying there, and to explore the city.The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. It is located within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and historic sites. Chiara was an excellent hostess and responded immediately to any questions we had.We would love to stay again!

Would stay again!

We arrived early and were allowed to check in upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Outside was chilly but the heat inside made our stay comfortable. Upon check in we were greeted and provided with a few treats as a welcome to Italy which was very nice and appreciated. The location of the apartment was close enough for walking to Anywhere within Florence. Felt very safe around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again should we go back to Florence. Chiara was a great host and stayed in communication with us during our stay.

Perfect location apartment

Apartment in the old city very close to Santa Croze square and close to the Duomo. Locales in a old building but well arranged with new bathroom and absolutely very clean with all the necessary ítems. With a nice balcony. The comunicatio with Chiara was perfect. We reccoment for a visit to Firence!

Excellent stay in Florence

Great stay at this excellent apartment near Santa Croce in Florence. Fantastic location, easy access to main points of interests and great dining options. We were there in November when the nearby Christmas market at Santa Croce was running, just two blocks away. Space worked well for us and our college age daughter visiting our other daughter studying abroad in Florence.

Perfect spot!

We were in the perfect spot to experience all the wonderful aspects of Florence. A café, right down the street, great restaurants and a block away from Santa Croce. Chiara and her husband were very warm and helpful going above and beyond to make sure our stay was, great. Cannot say enough about this place. Hope to be back again soon!

Perfect!

The apartment was everything promised. It is a perfect location right outside of Santa Croce Piazza. The neighborhood is not as crowded and noisy as other parts of Florence are. Yet the property is within walking distance of all. The apartment is spacious and well kept. My favorite part was having my morning coffee on the terrace. I would definitely stay here again.

A gem in the Santa Croce neighborhood

The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, with high ceilings and cool terracotta tiles. Francesco and Chiara were very responsive and helpful hosts. Francesco will also give you lots of insider tips on where to buy excellent, cheap wine and pork products--and the best places to have gelato. Would definitely like to stay again!

Great location

Great location. Well equipped. We made use of the kitchen to cook a few dinners and nice to have a washing machine. One suggestion is for another couch or comfortable chairs to sit on in the living room. One 2-3 person couch for a family of 5 after long day touring tested our love for each other lol! Communication with male host was challenging

Comfortable apartment, very conveniently located

No matter the apartment, what counts most for me is a responsive host, and the owners of this apartment excelled at making sure my stay would be easy and comfortable. Those who like a desk will appreciate the large table near an outlet, where I was able to set up my work station. The kitchen has lots of space for fixing meals and the refrigerator is a generous size. There is even a shopping cart! Grocery shopping is just a few blocks away and there is also a large market for fresh produce nearby. If you want a good apartment in Florence, this is the place for you.

Wonderful Apartment, Perfect Location

We stayed in the apartment for 7 nights, a clean and spacious yet cozy 2 bed/2 bath on a lively street. There’s a small balcony for watching the world of Florence go by just beneath you. While the street was noisy at times (Friday and Saturday night), the bedrooms were silent. There’s a small kitchen just right for warming a sandwich or a coffee. There are bodega shops and even a market nearby. Excellent restaurants are everywhere. We felt safe walking all over. It’s located just a couple of blocks from Santa Maria Croce, a couple from the Duomo, and a short walk to the Uffizi or the Academie. It’s also an easy walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station (if you have small luggage, just walk). Communication from the host was just enough but not too much. When we arrived, Francesco was there (not arranged, we were early) and provided some excellent tips. One, that we go to the train station and catch the number 7 bus to the nearby town of Fiesole, happened to be a highlight of our trip. It’s a quiet place off the beaten path, seemingly an authentic little town. If you go on a sunny day, it’s a short walk up the to the hill to a convent where you can see Florence laid out below as the sun sets. Lots of dining options and a few shops up there, as well as a Roman Theater excavation and museum. Highly recommended.

A Lovely Apartment in a Wonderful Location

A lovely spacious apartment with bedrooms at the back (a must in Florence) so nice and quite when you need to sleep. It is close enough to everything so no need for buses or taxi. We were two friends so used both bedrooms, one is quite small but adequate. We would highly recommend it.

Perfect apartment for exploring Florence

Spacious and comfortable with no detail overlooked… soft fluffy towels and crisp clean sheets, it’s bright and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the street. This apartment is a two minute walk from Piazza Santa Croce, less crowded neighborhood and a really delightful nightlife in the surrounding streets. Excellent nearby shops and restaurants. We were a short walk to the Uffizi gallery and less than twenty minute walk to the train station. The host was very kind and gracious with suggestions for a nice evening walk to Forte Di Belvedere. The apartment is bright , meticulously clean, spacious and quite comfortable. Of note, there’s many comforts for families with small children. We loved our stay and would return !
