Two bedroom apartment near to the beach (K205)
Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 balcony apartment in the very popular complex of Victoria Court 2 in Los Cristianos. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk which cater for all tastes. There is a 5 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the popular Las Vistas beach. A large balcony looks towards the heated pool with a smaller private balcony off the main bedroom. Wifi is included in the rental price

If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
