Lovely bright poolside one bedroom apartment in the well maintained complex of Parque don Jose in Costa Silencio. Peaceful area to relax whilst still having a number of bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Complex has two pools, one of which is one of the biggest pools of any complex in the South and plenty of poolside space. The apartment has the added benefit of being ground floor looking straight onto the pool. Benefits from washing machine, oven, hob and microwave.

All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)


Our staff will meet you with the keys to this apartment.


Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
