At ground floor level you find the kitchen/living/dining with shower room and also a small back yard. At first floor level there is the main bedroom and a front balcony too.
The property is fully air-conditioned but usage is metered extra. Water and electricity consumption are included in the price.
This fully equipped duplex apartment can accomodate up to 4 persons. Ideal place for small group of friends or families coming for a holiday together.
There is also a cleaning fee of 30€ that has to be paid cash upon arrival.
