Located in Kalkan Akbel area, the villa has a magnificent sea and mountain views that overlook the whole of kalkan and its bay heading out to the beautifully clear mediterranean sea. It provides accommodation for up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms all en-suite. The villa is comfortable and stylishly decorated and on three levels, the ground floor has open plan living/kitchen area and access to the lower terraces and pool plus the first of the six bedrooms is also on the ground floor. The second floor is dedicated to three more bedrooms all with balcony and sea view, the top level has the last two bedrooms and a furnished roof terrace, perfect for drinks and relaxing during the evening . The villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. The pool terrace is sheltered and suitable for conservative families who enjoy a little more privicy.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 9000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival
