Large and beautiful house with 5 rooms and capacity for 10 people.
Located 500 meters from the Almadraba beach, 700 meters from the center of Els Poblets and 7km from the center of Dénia.
It consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ... and 1 toilet on the ground floor.
It has 5 bedrooms on the first floor: 4 double beds and 2 single beds, and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub the other with a shower.
The interior of the house is very comfortable and spacious, with direct access terraces from most rooms and views of the sea and the pool.
It has a large pool with garden around, ideal for children or sunbathing. There is a barbecue area, covered terrace overlooking the pool and outdoor parking.
Booking conditions:
Payment of 30% of the rent by transfer when signing the contract.
The remaining amount will be delivered upon arrival. Cash or card is accepted.
The deposit is € 600.
An amount of € 35 will be charged if the tenant has 1 pet or € 45 from 2.
