This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa (sleeps 4) with private pool (6.5mx3.5m) is located in the beautiful Marcolina area of Alcossebre and provides amazing sea, mountain, and town views. The villa is a 15 minute walk from the beautiful boardwalk, lighthouse, beaches, supermarket, mini-golf, natural park Serra d'Irta, restaurants, bars, bakery, ... yet in a very peaceful and quite residential area. The villa is well equipped with air conditioner, dishwasher, microwave, TV, wifi, bbq, washing machine ... There are 2 terraces (1 closed and 1 open) all overviewing the garden, pool, mountains, and sea. Bed linnen, towels, beach towels, ... are also provided. The villa is supplied clean, and will be cleaned for you upon departure. The villa is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets. (Reg VT-41685-CS)

Prima huis, goede sfeer! Zeer vriendelijke mensen die ons wegwijs maakten, zowel de eigenaren als de mensen op locatie!Minpunten: knoppen fornuis moeilijk te bedienen, heel zwaar om te draaien.Douchestang beetje kapot; douchegordijn vervelend, plakt steeds tegen je aan.

Un grand merci à Carmen et Pedro pour leurs accueil, ce sont des personnes très sympathiques. La maison est très très propre et fonctionnelle. On a aucune critique à faire tous à été parfait. Heerlijk verblijf

Een zeer fijn huis met heerlijk zwembad. Functioneel ingericht; het ontbrak voor ons aan niets. Erg prettig dat er horren geplaatst zijn en dat zowel de woon- als beide slaapkamers een airco hebben. Rustige omgeving. Leuke stad en fijne stranden. Kortom

Great place

The house is very confortable, you feel allright there. And enjoying the pool is very nice. You can walk to the beach or restaurant in 15 minutes. I recommend this house.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Alcossebre sehr genossen. Ein tolles Haus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir sind in der Nebensaison gereist und fanden es prima, dass es noch ruhig war.

We much enjoyed our stay at this beautifull and very comfortable house. It offers all you need to feel at home, including the possibility to use the well-maintained swimmingpool so early in the year. Furthermore, it provides a magnificant view from the veranda at the Mediterranean. Edith & Peter

A wonderful holiday!

The property more than met our expectations. It was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the sea. It has a gorgeous conservatory area, which was great for lying about on the sofa reading books! Admittedly, very nice in Jan/Feb, but I imagine very hot in there in the summer months. The location is excellent. The town of Alcossebre is probably the nicest in the area with its beaches, attractive promenade and low build houses (many of the towns up and down the coast are spoilt by high-rise apartments). There is a wooded nature reserve just to the north of the town with lots of footpaths to explore. There is also some hill climbing available with some difficult terrain for the more adventurous! About an hour and a quarter's drive away to the north is the Ebre Delta, which is superb for birdwatching. To the south and closer is another marshy nature reserve for bird lovers. All in all, a brilliant, relaxing holiday.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit einem guten Blick auf das Meer. Ausstattung und Zustand des Hauses sind gut und wie beschrieben. Die Pflege der Außenanlagen und der Garage könnte etwas besser sein ….. Aber insgesamt sehr schön.

De bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Alcossebre. La location est bien placée au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer. Logement très spacieux, et bien pensé / équipé. Petit souci au départ mais communication rapide avec la propriétaire et actions. Il aurait été bien d'avoir de la lumière dans le coin piscine pour en profiter le soir. Merci

Séjour agréable

Bel emplacement à 10 min de la mer à pied, maison spacieuse, région chaude et ensoleillée même fin octobre, beaux paysages, criques à proximité, soucis de l'accueil de la part des propriétaires et de la personne qui nous a accueillis... Points d'amélioration : le linge de lit n'est pas super propre à l'arrivée (oreillers notamment), la maison a besoin d'être rafraîchie (menuiseries, plomberie, ventilation des pièces d'eau), le canapé devrait être nettoyé et recouvert, car il est sale. Il faudrait aussi dire à la voisine que son chien aboie toute la journée lorsqu'elle part travailler. On l'entend comme s'il était dans la maison (dommage, car le quartier est plutôt calme). Merci pour ce séjour, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.

Das Dorf ist zur Nebensaison ausgezeichnet zum relaxen, keine Musik, kein Trubel nur Ruhe.. genau wie wir es wolten. Das Haus lädt dazu ein das Grundstück überhaupt nicht zu verlassen, alles ist vorhanden .. Vielen Dank

Lovely family holiday in Spain

A lovely place to base from, enjoying the local beach on many days and visiting attractions (Valencia aquarium, Peñiscola castle) on others. Villa had everything we needed (including swimming pool) and any questions we had were answered.

Agréable maison

Maison très agréable malgré quelques petits reproches! Les matelas ne sont pas vraiment confortables. Il n’y avait pas de volet dans la chambre parentale à notre arrivé et cela n’était pas mentionné. Nous avons donc passer deux nuits sans volet et nous avons eu ensuite la venu des ouvriers pour les travaux pendant nos vacances afin de faire les réparations. Résultat les volets y étaient mais ne fermer pas entièrement au final. Aucun placard des chambres ne ferme entièrement. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres car c’est seulement dans le salon bien que ça ne soit pas très loin, elle n’arrive pas jusqu’aux chambres. Il y a des ventilateurs au plafond mais malheureusement ils font beaucoup de bruit!!! Nous sommes déçus qu’il n’y avait aucune chaîne française à la télévision. Je recommande malgré tout cette maison qui est dans un quartier calme avec une vue imprenable. Maison qui est aussi très bien équipé. Propriétaire très réactif aux messages!

Un bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Alcossebre. La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle. La piscine est un vrai plus surtout quand il fait chaud. L’absence de volets ou rideaux dans la chambre parentale est gênante pour se protéger de la chaleur d’autant que la climatisation n’est présente que dans le salon. Sinon tout était parfait.
