This charming vacation home that has been completely renovated in 2019 includes a beautiful living area with a kitchen open to the dining and living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. A second building with a bathroom and toilet that is very practical when returning from the beach. Garage to store bikes and beach equipment. Comfortable, fenced-in garden (780 m2), adjacent to a field, is private and quiet, perfect for relaxation.
The house is on a very quiet residential street, a few steps from a bike path leading to the beach, or in the other direction through the forest to the town center. This vacation home has everything you would ever dream of for a relaxing holiday by the sea!

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos petits-enfants. La maison est spacieuse, dotée d'un grand jardin clos et sécurisé pour les enfants. La terrasse est très agréable pour y prendre les repas. Le quartier est résidentiel et calme. La plage des Demoiselles du côté de St Hilaire est moins chargée qu'en plein centre de St Jean de monts.

Our wonderful stay in the Vendèe

We had a wonderfull 2-weeks-vacation in the house and it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was clean and we loved the big and nice garden. The house offered everything that we needed and more.

Quiet and very chilled.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was so quiet and peaceful, we relaxed very quickly. The house was perfect for us with older teenagers also enjoying their stay. The house is positioned around 15mins walk to a great beaches. Highly recommended.

Sommerferien mit der Familie

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von St. Hilaire de Riez und ist top ausgestattet. Alles ist neu renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir hatten schöne Ferien und haben uns gut erholt. Gerne wieder!

Bon séjour à St Hilaire de Riez

Belle maison, bien décorée, au calme. Beau jardin. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine très bien équipée. Vacances avec des petits enfants, juste un petit peu loin de la plage et de la boulangerie pour y aller à pieds (sous 40° cette année!) Je recommande.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Das sehr saubere, geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichte Ferienhaus war perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man in der Küche und für den Ferienalltag braucht. Die meiste Zeit haben wir in dem wunderbaren Garten und auf der großen Terrasse verbracht, wo es je nach Bedarf immer genug Schatten bzw. Sonne gibt. Die Umgebung entspricht einer ruhigen Wohngegend in gehobener Lage. Wir hatten insgesamt eine wunderbare Zeit.

Avec un super beau temps, une superbe location, très bien équipée et proche de la mer et des commerces accessibles en vélo, nous avons passé de superbes vacances. L’accueil était toujours aussi agréable. C’était le seconde fois …. Et toujours avec plaisir !!!

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben ein paar tolle und erholsame Wochen in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: moderne Küche mit einer mehr als kompletten Ausstattung, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, gemütliche Schlafzimmer (eins davon direkt unterm Dach) und einem wunderschönen und mit Liebe zum Detail angelegten Garten. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet direkt am Wald, der lange Sandstrand mit einladender Promenade ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die gesamte Abwicklung mit den sehr netten Vermietern und dem Verwalter vor Ort lief völlig reibungslos.

Très belle maison dans un environnement proche de la nature

La maison est vraiment très agréable, très propre, on s'y sent très 1 l'aise, rien ne manque. Le jardin est génial, la proximité de la mer est un atout évident. La forêt offre aussi des très belles balades. Une maison où séjourner pour un weekend de détente.

MAISON CHARMANTE

Tout est réuni ici pour un séjour des plus agréables passé avec nos 2 petits enfants de 3 et 5 ans. Grand jardin. Proche du front de mer à vélo. A l'intérieur de la maison rien ne manque: bonne literie, vaisselle, poêle, espace de vie....... Bref à recommander les yeux fermés. Chantal et Christian

Une maison agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Riitta et Benoît. La maison est rénovée avec goût, on s'y sent tout de suite à l'aise, elle est très bien équipée (que ce soit en électroménager ou ustensiles de cuisine ou autre), la literie est confortable, il y a bcp de rangements. La distance plage ou forêt en fait un véritable atout. On a envie de revenir!

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 3 jours. La maison est très agréable et joliment décorée. Sa location dans un quartier calme et à proximité de la plage est idéale. Les hôtes et personnes nous ayant accueilli sont très sympathiques et la communication a été très facile. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Séjour très agréable

Avec une maison super bien équipée, une literie confortable et un quartier très calme et proche de la mer, nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Le petit plus est l’espace extérieur pour se désensabler avant de rentrer dans la maison. L’environnement est propice aux balades avec des sentiers pédestres et cyclables. Bref, très belle maison et très belle région ! J’y reviendrai avec plaisir avec cette maison.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très joliment décorée, et avec absolument tout le nécessaire. Située dans un quartier très calme, nous avons pu profiter du très beau jardin, du barbecue, et aller à la plage en vélo par 1 chemin en bordure de forêt.
