Beautiful and bright penthouse/duplex apartment
200 m from the beach and next to Avenue du Zoute. Charming and bright penthouse (6th and 7th floor) recently renovated and decorated by interior designers. Perfect for 6 people (+ 2 children - 15 euros extra/night). Living, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms - one with a double bed and bunk bed - 2 bathrooms (one shower room and one with both a shower and a bath), a large terrace with garden furniture, garage, elevator. Fully renovated in 2013.
Terrace with view on a park. Private garage for a car and bikes, also with a washing machine and dryer at disposal. Wifi, TV. Sheets and towels are provided if requested (100 euros).
The building, very well located, stands in a very quiet street (entrance of the Delhaize parking in the other part of the street), next to Avenue Dumortier, with many shops. Public carpark around the corner.
