The property was fine. 11 of us stayed for two nights so that we could meet up and see an RSC show. We had everything we needed and it was just a short drive into Stratford upon Avon.
My only two negatives were the amount of paperwork I was sent prior to our arrival and an inflexibility over check in time.
The 7 emails containing information, instructions and forms to fill in could easily be consolidated into one document of instructions to be left at the property and one form to fill in rather than all the emails and attachments with wild colours and font sizes. There was no lack of communication, it was just rather full-on and I found that a bit stressful when we were staying for less than 48 hours.
We were asked to check in at 2.30 on Friday and since we were all working that was not easy. I asked for a later check in and it was made clear that would not be convenient. In the end my niece took time off work to get there by 3.00, but to be honest I've never experienced this before - normally there's just a key safe and instructions which is much easier and means you can turn up when it suits you.
Anyway, the weekend was good and the property was nice, clean and suited us all very well. The people I met at check out were charming and I really would recommend this accomodation - especially if they can streamline their paperwork! :)
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Spacious and clean with plenty of parking. Communication was good throughout and the check in/check out was well organised. Being able to select whether to have the beds as doubles or singles makes the accommodation very flexible.
Great location, near enough to Stratford upon Avon to take advantage of everything on offer but remote enough for a peaceful stay.
The check in team were lovely, gave us all yhe information we needed to enhance our stay.
The 3 cottages were perfect for our family, there was room for us all to get together for fun and food . The hot tub was perfect for all.
