Casa Bugambilias is a beautiful 2,200 square foot villa located in the Santa Carmela development near downtown Cabo San Lucas area. This 4 bedroom villa is a perfect choice for families or groups who prefer a quite getaway that is just outside the downtown area of Cabo San Lucas. Outside, guests can enjoy a meal or relax with a drink under the covered terrace. There are two community pools in the Santa Carmela development, one of which is located right on the cliffs with a spectacular view of the ocean and downtown Cabo San Lucas. The oceanfront community pool also has a large deck and numerous tables, chairs and loungers. Bask in the sun while relaxing by the glittering pool, take a meandering walk along the sandy beach, or explore the multiple tide pools that form in the ocean's shallows. Downtown Cabo San Lucas and all of its excitement is only a 10 minute drive away.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool Heating Charge is extra $150/day. Also, renters are not able to use the tennis courts, the club house, and community pool. You can access the “beach” thru clubhouse area.
