The ground floor living is fully air conditioned and equipped with blinds, modern open kitchen, separate toilet area and 20 m2 private terrace which can be used as garden.

The second floor consists of 2 light bedrooms with central air conditioning and blinds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and direct access to the balcony overlooking the swimming pool and sea. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and lavatory.

For those who would like to rent a car, this property owns a private parking space in the building, free for use.

The luxurious complex has quiet communal areas with large swimming pool surrounded by a garden with beautiful tropical vegetation and palm trees.

Ideal location, 8 minutes walk from the beach of La Carihuela, close to shops, restaurants, center of Torremolinos, 15 minutes from Malaga airport, 10 minutes from golf courses and close to train station with excellent connection towards Airport and the city of Málaga. Still in a quiet green area with views.
