"Just 2 hours from the airport in Catania. An easy ride on the motorway. The perfect place for a quiet and peaceful vacation, placed at the end of a row of houses. The last house before the beach. Very suitable for families with children. Its just a short walk in flipflops to take a morning dip in the ocean on your very own 'private' mediterranean beach. If you want to get around its a great base for excursions to Milazzo, Messina, Taormina, the Eolian Islands, Mount Etna, majestic forested mountains with pittoresqe villages, Tindari Monastery, Tindari bay at Marinello, and much much more. Its a semidetached house. The house has a garden facing the beach, and there is a nice view from the balconies. You can see the majecstic and impressive Tindari Monastery and the closest of the Eolian Islands, Volcano. In the back there is a cosy backyard with trees and flowers. A great place to have your meals. There is a brick barbeque and pizza oven and an enclosed shower area so that you dont need to drag all the sand into the house when you get back from the beach. The neighbouring farmer comes by regularly to offer his own produce (vegetables, cheese, sausages, vine and olive oil) out of the back of his car. The Ice Cream man also comes calling.The Hosts will do all they can to help you get a memorable vacation"

Happy days in Sicily

Un accueil chaleureux et un suivi très rapide dès qu'on avait une question ou remarque. Angela est une personne si chaleureuse et généreuse qu'on se sent de suite à l'aise et bienvenue. Elle nous a bien conseillé sur des destinations à choisir et surtout, un jour a tout préparé puis célébré dans le four extérieur de la maison la meilleure pizza de notre vie, les enfants n'oublieront jamais. La seule remarque pas enthousiaste: pour cette destination, il faut avoir une voiture à disposition.

Relax e cortesia

Villa molto grande ed accogliente. Attrezzatura cucina ottima. Praticamente sul mare/spiaggia quindi casa fresca. Per gruppi numerosi è l'ideale per concedere a tutti libertà e relax.

Séjour octobre 2018

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en octobre 2018. La villa est très belle et très bien située. La propriétaire est aux petits soins avec ses locataires et se soucie de rendre votre séjour agréable. La proximité de la plage est très appréciable pour les enfants. Encore un grand merci à Angela pour ce moment.

belle villa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour,la villa correspondait aux photos et à nos attentes. la proximité de la plage est vraiment géniale,les propriétaires et voisins sont des gens discrets et bienveillants.Les pièces sont très grandes nous étions 8 adultes et 3 enfants et à aucun moment nous nous sommes "genés"dans la maison. Très bon séjour.

Privacy, confort, relax. Ottima scelta.

Abbiamo soggiornanto in questa casa nel mese di luglio 2018. I proprietari sono persone molto affabili e gentili, sempre disponibili a rendere il soggiorno ottimo. La posizione della casa è ad un passo dal mare con spiaggia di sabbia fine, l’ideale per i bambini. La casa è dotata dei confort necessari per trascorrere una bella vacanza al mare in pieno relax. Il paesino di Falcone è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti costeggiando la spiaggia. Altre bellissime località sono invece raggiungibili in auto, così come i supermercati e ristoranti. Consigliamo senza dubbio questa casa per le vacanze estive.

a very pleasant stay in a comfortable house with very kind owners

We stayed in september 2017 in the house in which everything we needed was provided for. Everything you need to cook was there and also enouhd chairs, towels, bedlinnens etc The rooms were large and had comfortable beds. The mosquitos did not bother us since there was a mosquito screen for our bedroom windows!! The sea and beach were just in front of the house. The owners were very kind and helpful. One evening they came to bake pizza's in the woodoven in the garden which were delicious. Fot our children there were speciale sized beds and also toys to play with. We were very happy with our choice and recommand it!!

Wonderfull beach villa, perfect vacation!!

We spent one of our best vacations at Angela's villa. The gorgeous house is located on the northern shore of sicily, less then one minute walk from a wonderfull almost private beach!! As the house can sleep up to 15 people (in 4 separate bedrooms) it is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. All the facilities youll ever need such as a state of the art kitchen, bbq, bikes, beatiful back yard with a view of the sea.. The villa is in a quiet tourist-free zone, but also within a 7 minute walk from a charming town -Falcone. There you can find pretty much everything you need- great food,groceries, fresh fish and vegetables , resturants, bars, clothing, atm, pharmacy, car rental etc. If a laid back vacation is what you're after you wont need nothing much then Angela's villa and Falcone. If your more of an adventure seeker you can easily rent a car and be within a driving distance from all of Sicilys attractions- both nature (volcanos/waterfalls) or urban (catania, palermo). Angela and her husband were wonderful hosts- very attentive, always available for any questions or help needed (both with the house and other arrangements such as tours/taxi/information) To sum up- 5 star vacation!! Wonderful and relaxing, perfect get away- will be back for sure!!

Meraviglioso soggiorno in una casa stupenda

E' la casa che sognavamo da bambini grande accogliente a 50 metri dal mare . Immersa nel verde e nel silenzio, l'unico suono che si percepisce è quello del fruscio delle onde che sbattono sulla battigia e il fischiettio degli uccellini che accompagnano il tuo risveglio la mattina . Posizione strategica per una vacanza tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo movimentata, vicinissima a posti come la baia del Tindari , Patti , Gioiosa, Capo d'orlando, Milazzo e soprattutto le Isole Eolie . La villa è bifamiliare ma le case sono totalmente indipendenti ed hanno un ingresso comune da una parte e due ingressi del tutto indipendenti dalla parte del mare (contrariamente a quanto ho letto in una recensione precedente). Inoltre sono disponibili aree esterne alla casa ( da una parte e dall'altra ) per pranzare e rilassarsi . I proprietari? due persone stupende ! Sempre gentili e disponibili , un giorno sono venuti a trovarci per prepararci una pizza fatta da loro , una bontà ...da non credere! Grazie Angela e Tanino ci rivedremo presto. CONSIGLIAMOOOO! Nous avons passé de très belles vacances

Nous avons loué leur maison l’année dernière en octobre pour les vacances de la toussaint. Je voulais mettre un commentaire en rentrant et puis le temps passe … mais j’y tiens ! Donc je le fais maintenant pour remercier Angela et Gaetano. Malgré que notre objectif fût de visiter l’Etna, nous avons choisi de séjourner plus au nord en face du Stromboli et je ne regrette pas ce choix. La villa est au bord de la mer et la plage est très accessible et pas mal du tout ! Les photos sont plus qu’authentique. La maison est confortable et il y a largement la place pour une grande famille. J’ai beaucoup apprécié la cours dehors ou on peut manger et passer la soirée. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. C’est un réel plaisir de se réveiller le matin et sortir voir la mer de votre balcon. Angela et Gaetano sont d’une grande gentillesse et leur hospitalité est inoubliable. Toller Familienurlaub am Strand

Großes Haus mit tollem Garten,Strand vor der Tür. Es gibt einige Hunde in der Nachbarschaft und einen der Vermieter, die wie überall auf Sizilien die Nacht zum Tag machen. Unbedingt Mückenmittel mitnehmen! Wir kommen wieder.

Super Haus für Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Haus ist einfach toll. Vor allem die Nähe zum Meer ist mit Kindern ein klarer Vorteil. Im Oktober ist es hier komplett ruhig, es gibt kaum noch Feriengäste. Den Strand hat man für sich alleine. Wenige Autominuten entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Käserei (absolut empfehlenswert). Mit dem Rad erreicht man leicht den Ort Falcone wo es eine Bäckerei, Konditorei, Fleischerei... gibt. Von Angela bekamen wir dieses Mal die beste Pizza unseres Lebens, die Sie im eigenen Pizzaofen gebacken hat. Das Haus selber ist ein Traum. Für 4 Personen Luxus, ist es sicher auch für 2 Familien bequem möglich, hier Urlaub zu machen (2 Toiletten, 2 Duschen, großes Wohnzimmer, große Küche mit Terasse), bzw. wenn beide Doppelhaushälften gemietet werden, ist das Haus wirklich bestens geeignet für große Gruppen. Das Haus war jedes Mal sauber, wenn wir es übernommen haben. Angela bzw. ihr Mann kamen immer wieder vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu sehen und um uns zu fragen, wie es uns geht. wooooowww!!!

Siamo stati in 10 persone nella prima settimana di agosto.la zona è molto semplice da raggiungere ed è a soli 5 min dall'autostrada. la casa è molto bella,spaziosa e rispondente alla descrizione del proprietario.le camere sono davvero accoglienti e pulite e c'è spazio per tutti. il giardino è curato, grande e con comode sdraio sotto l'ombra delle palme..la zona è parecchio tranquilla e davvero rilassante,ideale per uscire fuori dal solito stress giornaliero!! la spiaggia è praticamente attaccata alla villa ,ideale per portare i bambini a qualsiasi ora del giorno senza prendere la macchina. i proprietari ci hanno accolto come persone di famiglia..spettacolare la pizzata organizzata da loro stessi in giardino!una vacanza da nn dimenticare!!davvero davvero da rifare!!!

Ottima!

Davvero un'ottima location, confortevole, in ottimo stato e con servizi funzionanti al 100%. Proprietari cordialissimi e sempre a disposizione per qualunque cosa. Ho trascorso il periodo di capodanno con diversi amici e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, infatti probabilmente ricontatteremo la Signora Angela, gentilissima, per accordare pure un soggiorno estivo. Villa splendida in riva al mare

La descrizione era invitante, ma villa Tindari dal vivo è decisamente meglio!!! Casa pulita e fornitissima,e la posizione è mozzafiato, a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Villa Tindari è un immobile che consiglio fortemente! !

Excellent séjour!!

Superbe séjour dans cette villa avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et les îles Éoliennes. La villa est très agréable et se prête parfaitement à des vacances en famille, la plage à proximité est peu fréquentée et très appréciable. Depuis la villa il est très facile de visiter les îles Éoliennes avec des départs de Portorosa (3 minutes en voiture). Un grand merci à Angela et Gaetano pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sens de l'accueil et de l'hospitalité. Les pizzas d'Angela cuitent par Gaetano étaient délicieuses et nous avons passé en leur compagnie une super soirée Sicilienne. Encore une fois un grand merci à eux pour la réussite de notre séjour.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage direkt am Meer

Wir, das sind 3 Familien, haben in der Zeit von 07.06. bis 21.06.2014 unseren Urlaub in der Villa Tindari bei Angela verbringen dürfen. Das Haus war wie geschaffen für uns mit schönen Zimmern, von denen man einen wunderbaren Blick in den Palmengarten und auf den schönen Sandstrand (abgesehen von dem in Italien wohl üblichen Plastikmüll) und das meistens sehr schöne und klare Meer hat. Rund um das Haus und im Garten hatten wir wunderbare Sitzgelegenheiten, um gemeinsam zu frühstücken oder Abend zu essen oder um einfach in Ruhe unter den Palmen im Garten zu relaxen. Besonders praktisch waren auch die warmen Außenduschen, die von uns gerne mehrfach täglich genutzt wurden. Ein Highlight war, als unsere Vermieterin Angela mit dem im Garten gemauerten Pizzaofen eine „Pizzafest“ für uns veranstaltete mit traditionellen Pizzen und pane caldo, was für uns die beste Pizza aller Zeiten war ! Angela und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Fragen offen. Die finanzielle Abwicklung war unproblematisch. Die Region rund ums das Haus ist an sich schon sehenswert, und wir haben tolle Ausflüge zum Ätna, auf die Liparischen Inseln oder die Alcantaraschlucht gemacht. Tolle Erlebnisse, bei denen die jeweiligen Veranstalter jedoch auch finanziell gut zugreifen ! Also ein rundum gelungener Urlaub bei optimalem Wetter (tagsüber 30gradC/nachts20gradC) in einem schönen und traumhaft gelegenen Haus direkt am Meer.

Très bonne emplacement a cote du mer

Maison agreable, très adapté au séjours familiales avec enfants par sa superbe situation a coté du plage. Jardin a deux cotés, avec soleil en ombre a la choix, ce qui est très important en été. Proprietaires très sympa's qui offrent tous les renseignements nécessaires. Plusieurs sorties possible dans l'environs. Iles Eoliennes, Milazzo, très jolie petit ville, Tindari avec villa Romaine et réserve naturelle. Tous a proximité. Le sanitair est a refraichir. Les propriétaires nous ont promis de s'occuper avec. Dans le jardin l y a une barbecue et four a bois dans la jardin. il y a également une douche dans le jardin pour se nettoyer apres le plage. Angela et Gaetano, merci pour votre gentillesse et les superbes pizzas!

An authentic taste of Sicily

In the back there is a cosy backyard with trees and flowers. A great place to have your meals. Für uns Urlaub pur

Bei unsere Ankunft am 1.9.2012 abends wurden wir von unserer Vermieterin Angela begrüßt. Sie führte uns durch das Haus erklärte uns alles.Das Haus war lupenrein sauber und der Kühlschrank mit Leckereien bestückt. Frau Angel und ihr Mann Gaetano waren herzliche Gastgeber. Sie zeigten uns die einheimischen Geschäfte, wo wir dann auch gerne einkauften. Wir wurden zu den Familienfesten mit eingeladen und Frau Angela bereitete Pizza in dem im Garten befindlichen Holzofen. Der Strand war sauber und das Meer glasklar. Die Fahrräder benutzten wir zu Ausflügen in der näheren Umgebung. Der Garten mit den riesigen Palmen war sehr gepflegt und lud zu romantischen Stunden ein. Das das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, störte uns nicht. Besonders erwähnenswert, war für uns die warme Aussendusche. Es war ausreichend Geschirr in der Küche vorhanden, ebenso Tisch- und Bettwäsche. Einfach alles. Die ganze Familie war auf unser Wohl bedacht und las uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Angela und Gaetano sprechen hervorragend englisch, so dass eine Verständigung kein Problem ist, wenn man nicht italienisch spricht. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne und erholsame Zeit. Tolles Haus für Familien und Gruppen!

Wir waren drei Familien, alles in allem 13 Personen, und hatten ausreichend Platz in diesem geräumigen, liebevoll und praktisch eingerichteten Haus. Auch der Garten hinter und vor dem Haus ist gross und schön! Die Vermieter sind äusserst sympathisch und zuvorkommend, wir wurden bereits mit Pizza empfangen, und am Ende der Ferien haben sie für uns den Pizzaofen im Garten eingefeuert! Das tolle am Haus ist die Nähe zum Strand, gleich hinter dem Garten, die Kinder können alleine hin und her, das Dorf Falcone ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, man kann auch ohne Auto einkaufen, Umgebung ist ruhig, Ausflugsziele hat es viele, auch Milazzo, Fährhafen für die äolischen Inseln ist schnell erreicht.....und die Fotos hier geben das Haus gut wieder! Das Finanzielle war unkompliziert und schnell abgewickelt.

Great villa next to the sea

A beautiful villa with a lovely garden. The great thing about Tindari is that it is just 30 metres from the sea, with just a footpath and a belt of trees separating you from the sandy beach. We were worried that there would be noise from the motorway and we were also worried about the amount of development on the coast. Would our holiday be affected by blaring noise from some local resort? In fact, the villa was very peaceful. Road noise was low. We went in August so there were some parties and celebrations. But, generally, there was no problem at all. The coastal area has seen a lot of development and the local coastal villages, whilst low rise, are not particularly appealing (although not particularly brash) but the area around the villa is fine - it overlooks a lemon orchard and a belt of rather beautiful eucalyptus trees. The closeness of the motorway is a boon as it means transport links are excellent. And the mountains behind the villa are spectacular. There are plenty of local excursions - including the Aeolian Islands, of course. The Mianos are excellent landlords. They were extremely responsive to questions or problems and very friendly. The villa does not have air con and we were there in August. Generally, it is a cool house and, with fans, we did not have a problem with heat. We found the house comfortable and the garden and backyard provided plenty of shade and privacy. A previous review mentioned rubbish. Well, this is italy, and there is some on the beach (although the beach and the sea felt clean). We simply took out a bin bag and cleared rubbish off the immediate area - this took all of about 15 minutes. I'd warmly recommend the property to anyone looking to combine a beach holiday with exploring Sicily. We found Sicilians to be friendly, honest and hospitable. The driving isn't that bad either!

"Merci pour l''accueil chalheureux que nous avons reçu. Angela et son mari, ainsi que Daniele sont très sympathiques et serviables. La villa est parfaite et plus proche de la mer : introuvable. Les photos reflétent bien la réalité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 10 personnes et avons même confectionné nos pizzas seuls avec le four à pain au bois! De plus la proximité de la villa des Iles Eoliennes permet de les visiter et d''apprécier les coulées de lave du Stromboli. De plus les Siciliens sont trè accueillants et en particulier la Boucherie "L''OASI DELLA CARNE" via nuova à FURNARI tenue par Phillipo et son épouse ainsi que la rôtisserie "AL GIRARROSTO" tenue par Claudio et son épouse 83 via nuovo Russo à Furnari. Ces commerçants sont sympathiques et généreux et parlent couramment le français."

Un precioso lugar!-maraviglioso posto!

El lugar es excelente por su comodidad y sus servicios, con unos propietarios amables y dispuestos. La casa tinen todo lo necesario para pasar unos bellos dias alli. Eso si ud debe tener un vehiculo, ya que si no, el traslado hacia y desde el lugar, se hace complicado. Por lo demas altamente recomendable y repito con una excelente atencion de sus propietarios! Il posto è eccellente per la sua comodità e dei suoi servizi, con i proprietari attento e cordiale. La casa dispone di tutto il necessario per trascorrere delle belle giornate lì. Quindi, se si devono recare un veicolo, perché se non, transfer da e per il luogo, diventa difficile. Per il resto altamente raccomandato e ripetere con una grande attenzione dai loro proprietari! Un luogo che, se torniamo ci sarà!
