In the picturesque 5terre national park. Just a few steps from the most beautiful rocks of Riomaggiore and its crystal clear sea. Characteristic and pretty house, located in front of the sea. It boasts a beautiful sea view and offers 4/5 beds. The apartment consists of 4 rooms located on 4 different floors connected by a fairly steep and narrow staircase: Ground floor, entrance / lounge, with sofa bed and satellite TV; first floor, room with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, balcony with sea view; second floor, kitchen and balcony with sea view; third floor, double bedroom, satellite TV, splendid sea view. Each room is air conditioned. The house can accommodate up to 5 people, but the optimal is 4 because 5 are a bit narrow


*** The price includes final cleaning for a minimum rental period of 3 nights, for shorter periods cleaning is not included in the price. In this case it is necessary to add 50 euros to the total rate, (60 euros if there are 5 people) Cleaning costs are to be paid in cash on arrival.

Beautiful home with views
We have a wonderful stay at Antonio’s place. It was perfectly located - a short walk to the water and all the nearby shops/restaurants. The home was super cute and well stocked. The stairs are steep! So wouldn’t suit someone with poor mobility. Overall had a fantastic stay!

We loved how close it was to the water. However it is tiny, suitcases cannot fit. Cleanliness was not good. The owner is looking into this and is refunding our cleaning fee.

Unique apartment in a great spot
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here. The views are amazing and it is in a great location. Easy distance to restaurants and shops. The stairs between the four floors are steep and narrow so not suitable for large suitcases or if you have very young children or people with mobility issues but was fine for us. We loved Riomaggiore and the surrounding area.

Lovely but fitness definitely required!
A lovely little villa with lots of charm and a nice slice of a sea view. Very well located to the harbour and the sweet little village of Riomaggiore. Serious steps up from the piazza and also steep internal stairs - we travelled fairly light but still a big effort to cart luggage - thankfully our charming greeter assisted on arrival. Note that there is one small bathroom off the bedroom with bunk beds if that is important to you. We squeezed in 5 adults (initially booked for just 2) and, as we were advised by the owner, you need to be very close friends in the compact space. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this nicely decorated apartment.

Quaint and memorable
Antonio the owner was very prompt and courteous in his communications with us prior to our arrival. We were met at the station and guided to the apartment. We counted about 150 steps between the station and the apartment, many steep and uneven, so may not suit everyone. The apartment itself is amazing. It's narrow and sread over 4 floors with 1 room on each floor. Staircase is steep and narrow, so may not be suitable for very young children (or very old guests with knee or hip problems). Beds are comfortable, with bunkbeds a great novelty for children. There are fantastic views overlooking the harbour and water (the apartment is virtually on the water's edge). Close to everything - shops, restaurants, walking tracks, train station. Would definitely recommend despite having to carry heavy luggage up 150 steps!

Perfect Stay with Stunning Views!
I had a wonderful time at Rioggamoire! The property offers absolutely breathtaking scenic views that made our stay feel so special. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. The host was also amazing—very nice, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway. Highly recommend!

It’s not small, it’s miniscule
This property is fine for a young agile adventurer. It is difficult to get through with all of the large uneven stairs, especially with luggage. Once there, you must deal with the tiny staircase. My 6 foot two, 250 pound boyfriend had to sleep in the bunkbed next to the bathroom so he didn’t have to deal with the staircase at night going from the fourth floor to the second floor to use the bathroom. I’m 54, 150 pounds, and I had to descend the stairs backwards like a ladder parentheses which would have been easier actually in parentheses in order to feel safe going up and down those stairs. Your bed is on the fourth floor and your luggage has to stay on the first floor, it makes her a tiring stay. also, the view really isn’t that great from the balcony. It’s narrow between two other buildings, obstructed by cactus and clotheslines. It is convenient to the water, I will say.

A unique Italian experience to stay in an old house on the cliff. It was a little difficult to find at self check-in and has a lot of stairs to climb. However, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great spot!
This was a great apartment to have for our stay in Cinque Terre. It’s so close to the train, to all the restaurants, and to the water while also being quiet enough to sleep! We were met at the train and directed to the apartment. It was so nice and comforting! The apartment itself was so clean and had everything we needed!

Cute and Clean. Great location in town and to explore other villages. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for my daughter and me. We spent most of our time hiking and exploring villages. Love love love Cinque Terre.

Great location
This location was excellent! Check in was easy and check out was easy. The views are spectacular! As others have written about, the stairs between floors are steep and narrow but if you take your time, you’ll be fine if you don’t have any mobility issues, you’ll be fine. Comfortable beds. All good!

A typical house just few steps from everything
This charming and typical tiny house is well renovated and localed few steps from all you need (train station, harbour, beach and bests restaurants in Riomaggiore).

Amazing place to stay - for a small group
This was an amazing place to stay in Riomaggiore. It's 4 rooms stacked on top of each other with a spiral staircase connecting each room. Each room has views of the ocean a small balcony. We stayed here with 2 adults and 3 children, it was great. However, I believe 4-5 adults will find it a bit tight. If you are over 6 feet tall you will have a problem getting up and down the spiral staircases between floors. This was all communicated by Antonio (property owner) so there were no surprises. Definitely utilized Roberto if you need bag transport from the train station. Getting many heavy bags to this location is not easy. This property was perfect for our family. However, I feel 4 adults will find it tight. I would 100% stay here again.
