This Gorgeous Villa is modern and well equipped to ensure a wonderful holiday.

A gorgeous detached villa , situated in the select and peaceful district of Peyia.
The villa sits in a select and quiet residential area approximately 2km / 10 minutes from Coral Bay Beach and it's popular town.
The villa is local (3-4 minutes drive time) to the village centre and tavernas of Peyia, a beautiful village with fantastic panoramic views towards Coral Bay and Paphos. Peyia is a lovely Cypriot village, well served with a bank , numerous supermarkets, pharmacy/doctor, stunning church and a number of authentic high quality restaurants and bars as well as other retail outlets.
The villa is situated just 25 minutes from the town and airport of Paphos and only a 5-10 minute drive to the popular beach resort of Coral Bay with it's comprehensive amenities including a large number of quality bars and restaurants.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard.

The private open-air terrace is equipped with a table and chairs , This is a lovely spot ideally suited to taking In the beautiful sunsets or for enjoying breakfast. Bedding and cotton bathing towels with additional beach towels also included.

This villa is situated on a quiet street, perfect for relaxation.
We recommend guests use a hire car to make the most of there holiday.
It is not the place for people wanting to party or play loud music, we enjoy the peace of this area and would want our guests to do the same. It is much appreciated if the villa is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Sue & Pauls Peyia Villa

This property is excellent for all families. Personally it was just what we wanted in that it was peaceful and certainly relaxing. The villa is furnished to an excellent very high standard with all amenities. The TV is a bit hit and miss but there was Netflix & Prime not that we watched it as we were too busy out and about or just plain chilling out by and in the pool. The villa is situated at the top of a hill. Lovely and quiet and ideal for older families who want total relaxation. Yes we would definitely go again as Sue ensures that you will have no problems what so ever in that she responds almost immediately if you Email her. We had a very friendly cat visit us everyday, what a character and really amusing meow, it was though he was talking to us, will miss him and his friendly antics. Certainly a home from home which after living in Cyprus ourselves in the past is what we got. Many thanks Sue & Paul you have a lovely place in the sun.

Gepflegtes Haus mit großem Pool

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend (Mietwagen empfohlen) und wirkt sehr ansprechend. Zur Begrüßung lag für uns eine Flasche Wein und Brot bereit. Gleich beim Eintreten fällt der Blick auf eine Willkommensmappe, welche unzählige Verhaltensregeln enthält, die eigentlich selbstverständlich sind. Das wirkt nicht sonderlich einladend. Das Haus an sich hat eine gute Aufteilung und eine tolle Dachterrasse. Der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich gesäubert. Gut fanden wir die Deckenventilatoren, dadurch konnte man die heißen Temperaturen auch gut ohne Klimaanlage aushalten.

First class villa

Villa Cutts has everything needed for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It’s really a home from home as well as a holiday home, being so well equipped. It’s location high in the Peyia hills is ideal for exploring the archeological sites in Paphos and Paphos Harbour, Coral Bay Beach and The Blue Lagoon in Latsi are among the many places within easy reach. Many good restaurants are within a few minutes drive from the villa.All in all an excellent stay.l

Perfect villa

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It was so clean and smart - credit to Jane. Very well equipped and not lacking in anything. Air conditioning in every room too. The pool is a great size and was so needed in the Cyprus heat. It was like a home from home and we didn’t want to leave!

Perfect Villa holiday

Just back from a wonderful 2 weeks in Susan & Paul’s Villa. From the moment we got through the door we knew we had made the right choice. We are a family group made up of 3 couples and this was perfect for us. Everything inside the Villa was spotless and the large pool and gardens are very well kept. There is also the added bonus of a large BBQ which we certainly made the most of. Susan and Paul communicated very well throughout the booking process and Jane who looks after the Villa locally was always on hand with lots of advice on restaurants and places to visit. The immediate area is very quiet and relaxing with the village itself being just a few minutes drive away with a number of very good restaurants, or if you would like something a little more lively it is around a 7-8 minute drive to Coral bay with its restaurants and bars., not to mention a beautiful sandy beach. We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa and would love to return in the near future

Lovely villa

Really lovely villa, plenty of room for 6 adults. Pool was amazing, definitely used a lot, as it was extremely hot, Aircon was a god send. The villa is on the top of a steep hiil, so you definitely need to hire a car. The little village of peyia has some fantastic restaurants, and the staff were amazing, also excellent restaurants in Paphos, Coral Bay and Latchi. Coral Bay had the best beach, mostly sand, fantastic jetski experience. A great two weeks of making memories. Definitely say again. Thank you Susan and Paul.

An amazing villa

An amazing villa in a picturesque and practical location. There are two supermarkets and a village within 5 minutes drive of the villa that have everything you would want for if you decide to both eat out or cook for yourself. We enjoyed going to laourou beach, paphos waterfront and the tomb of the kings and watching the sunset at St George’s Harbour. All of these are within 30 minutes drive of the villa. The outside area was a personal highlight for us as we throughly enjoyed being able to go from sunbathing to cooling off in the spacious pool in a matter of seconds. The owners of the villa have been very helpful and accommodating for both the duration of the stay and the booking period. There is also someone who lives nearby that will be more than willing to offer you recommendations for places to go and things to do. We have been going to various villas for holidays since 2008 and can safely say this is the best one yet.

Best holiday we ever had

We arrived to the villa from airport,around 40 mins away, with excellent direction from Susan and Paul. Walked in and WOW, such an amazing place for 6 of us to stay in. The photos dont do it justice..Absolutely everything you can think of at hand. The pool was spotless and cleaned twice a week, usually pretty early in day. Susan and Paul were so so quick to reply to any queries we had and were so very helpful. Endless towels to use in all the 3 bedrooms. Ceiling fans were great at keeping you cool if you didn't want air con on. You definitely need a car here as there is a hill but wasn't a problem at all for us. My whole family echo what I say, they too say it was best and most comfortable holiday they've had, and we range from 52 yrs old down to 21 yrs old. Small tavernas within 5 min drive and 10mins to coral bay and 10 mins from shipwreck. We ate a couple times down by sea caves to watch sun going down, and what a special evening that was. Only minor gripe was couldn't rely on Tv to work all the time but to be honest you really won't have time for TV. Thankyou from us to you Susan and Paul for being so accomadating. Don't hesitate, this villa is superb and you won't regret it.

Couldn’t have asked for more

We are a family of 4 and visited Cyprus for the first time staying in this villa. The villa is so much better than it looks in the pictures, the pictures do not do it justice. The rooms are huge, there is so much wardrobe space and tonnes of hangers, the kitchen is huge, with all the utensils you’ll need including Neff appliances and very good dishwasher. The pool was gorgeous, sparkling blue and the outdoor lighting made it lovely to sit out at night. That’s if you’re not sat on the balcony watching the sun go down. The neighbourhood was so quiet, there were barely any people there but those who were said hello and most were English. The lady who lives behind the villa checked on us and offered any help if we needed it. My only slight comment here would be that even if the children are playing quite loudly I would be conscious of the noise as it was so peaceful there - our children are quite chilled so just perhaps not the places for boisterous children. But for couples or families looking to ply and relax you couldn’t ask for a better place. Susan messaged regularly throughout the booking process and offered advice on travel etc There is an ample welcome book with leaflets for restaurants and things to do. No complaints here - we had a great time! :)

Urlaub mit Familie

Es war ein schöner Urlaub in Zypern. In der Villa gibt es alles was für den Alltag gebraucht wird. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
