This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is situated right on the beach and can accommodate up to 4 lucky guests! The bedroom includes a large King sized bed, convenient balcony access, and a full bath attached. Soft toned wood-tile flooring flows throughout the main living area providing a coastal feel. A charcoal-colored couch that can double as a queen size sleeper sofa and an accent armchair sit beside one set of the sliding glass doors and provides glistening gulf views along with beachfront balcony access. An adjacent dining area with a second balcony is nearby to enjoy westerly gulf views. Also take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy a good home cooked meal.

The amenities offered at Westwinds are unmatched on the Sandestin Resort and along the coast of Northwest Florida. Nice unit with beautiful view, could be better stocked.
The unit was beautiful but not very well stocked. We moved over from another Westwinds unit who provided everything we could have possibly needed. This unit claims to provide you with a “starter set” of supplies. We found one roll of toilet paper which didn’t even last four people through one night before we could make it to the store. At least one extra roll would be a nice gesture. We also needed to utilize the sleeper sofa, but there were no extra pillows in the unit. The only pillows were those on the king bed. The king bed is also extremely tall. As a 5’3” adult, I had a hard time getting in and out of it. The view was gorgeous, but we will opt to stay with hosts who show the extra effort to provide a bit more supplies in the future.

A Really Private Condo
The condo is set off by itself in a short hallway. Views in every direction. The view of the beach to the south is shared by other condos, but the sunset view is a private balcony. Just not that important, but the trash chute is right near the door, very convenient. The location makes for a quiet stay.

Looked at tons of places. This unit was better in person! Absolute cleanest ever!! Bed was super comfy!!! I was looking for extra clean, comfortable beds, beach views.....Had it all and then some. Definitely will stay here again!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation
We have stayed in this building before. It was easy to rent, everything was very clean with easy access to the pool and beach. We loved having two balconies with beautiful views of the ocean. We would love to stay in this condo again.

We have stayed at this property multiple times,. This was the third time in this unit. We love everything about it. The property is so well maintained and upgraded as needed. We will definitely stay in this unit again. It is the perfect spot and size for my husband and myself!

The room and location was really nice. The AC had just been replaced but wasn’t working properly still BUT Valerie with Ocean Reef stayed on top of this issue until it was fixed! The pool and hot tub was really nice. The view from the balcony was beautiful too! We will be back! Loved it!

Beautiful property
Pros- Property is gated and right on the beach. Ocean view from both the balconies. Perfect escape to relax and rejuvenate. Nearby outlet mall and restaurants. Mesmerizing sunset view from the balconies. Cons- No condiments so we would recommend to bring your own condiments, and coffee. Be prepared for squeaky bed other than that excellent property. We had a very pleasant stay.

4813 West Winds
The location was fabulous. Right o the beach! The views were amazing. Only issues were inside the condo. It needs some deep cleaning, a little paint to cover the black scuff marks. The lamps in the living room do not have the screw top holding them in place. NO beach towels or beach chairs. The hair dryer was tiny, it it worked. The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy any time you moved. I needed a step stool just to get into the bed! It could use a new mattress. No wine opener but lots of wine glasses. The biggest problem was the shower. The shower head ran despite turning it off as hard as possible. Not a drip, but running all the time. I emailed Ocean Reef and they sent a guy out right away. He said Ocean Reef was already aware of the issue but never fixed it! That was disappointing. The couch and pillows had multiple stains. I’m glad we didn’t spend all our time inside!

Short Beach Getaway
The unit is on the 13th floor and provided excellent views of the ocean and sunsets with a balcony providing a 180 degree view. The actual property is very nice with pool and hot tub and right on the beach. This particular unit had several issues which would preclude our return: the bed was too high and so noisy it would you up when someone repositioned themselves.; and the shower dripped and was reported to the management company.. There was a lack of silverware, which we also reported.

Anniversary Week

Property was good but sofa bed had a used sheet with crushed cherrios all over it. Had to clean it up very late at night. Clean sheets were there to make up the sofa bed but no blanket or pillows. Submitted this but did not hear from management

Beautiful views from every room! Fabulous stay!
We LOVED this property! Two separate balconies that could be accessed from the bedroom, living room and dining area. Lots of windows and light and beautiful views all day long. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was large with double sinks and a very nice shower. Kitchen was a perfect size and well apportioned. It actually had the best pots and pans we've seen in a rental to date. It was quiet at night and I really appreciated the thick drapes and very nice blinds that blocked the light at night which made for a great night's sleep (no cheap stuff). We loved the easy access to the pools and the beach and the bonus of access to the tram which meant we didn't need to use our car. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! The views were any direction you looked from inside! It was updated and just perfect. The bathroom was so nice. Love the decor and the bed was so so comfy. The pool area is very inviting and restful. We loved this condo and will certainly stay again!
