Relaxing 2 bedroom house in the countryside 3 kms from Pollença Old Town. The villa has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (both air conditioned) which share a complete bathroom with separate shower. There is an open plan American style kitchen with breakfast bar which opens out to the dining and living area. Large glass doors look out from the living area to the gardens and terrace. The gardens are lush with greenery and palm trees here there is also a newly contructed swimming pool with sun loungers and brick built barbecue. Pool towels are provided at this property.
Ideal for those wishing to retreat away and relax. You can enjoy the sunshine and fresh food in a peaceful environment by visiting Pollença Old Town with it's beautiful restaurants and cafes.

Lovely Villa

Property was just as described - excellent location and the pool was ideal for the heat. Table tennis table led to a few family disagreements !!!

Secluded, beautiful and well located

It’s a beautiful property, well laid out, with great facilities. The gardens, pool and social areas are a real highlight. Location is excellent for a week in north-east Mallorca. Some of the features in the house need updating. (The oven trips the power to the whole house! And the plug sockets are very dated). But overall this was a lovely place to stay.

Ruhig und zentral gelegenes Haus

Wir haben uns wieder einmal sehr gut bei Nordvillas aufgehoben gefühlt. Toller Service und eine 1a-Abwicklung. Das Haus ist äusserlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die eine oder andere Reparatur wäre mal nötig (Türen, Terrasse). Eine Außendusche wäre schön, auch Deckel für die Töpfe.

Schöne Finca mit toller Lage und Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut (Küche etc.) wie auch die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Während des Aufenthaltes wurde die Finca gereinigt und neue Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Poolhandtücher waren auch vorhanden. Bei Fragen wurde uns sehr schnell und unkompliziert geholfen (Decken, Austausch der Gasflasche). Die Lage der Finca war für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Man kann u.a. die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norden der Insel gut erreichen. Man benötigt dafür ein Auto oder ein Fahrrad , wie auch für Einkäufe, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und gut zu erreichen. Einziges Manko : die Einzelbetten waren leider sehr unbequem. Tolles Haus, für unsere Familie leider ungeeignet.

Der Garten mit den vielen Obstbäumen, deren Früchte wir gern verzehrt haben, ist traumhaft, der Pool ist super, das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist schön groß, so dass man sehr gut darin kochen kann. Es könnte eine größere Auswahl an Kochutensilien geben, man kommt aber einigermaßen klar. Der große Nachteil für unsere Familie war (Mann und Söhne sind allergisch auf Hausstaubmilben, Schimmelsporen und Katzen) die hohe Feuchtigkeit des Hauses. Das liegt sicherlich am Klima auf Mallorca, wofür niemand etwas kann, und an der Jahreszeit Herbst, die wir für unseren Urlaub gewählt hatten. Die Feuchtigkeit hat zu einer enorm hohen allergischen Reaktion geführt. Die freilaufenden Katzen am Außengelände haben noch einen draufgesetzt. Mit Heizen und Benutzen des Kamins haben wir das Haus nach wenigen Tagen wärmer und etwas trockener bekommen. Die Agentur Nordvillas hat uns sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit betreut und versucht, unser persönliches Problem zu lösen, indem sie das Haus (es war bereits total sauber) erneut gereinigt, die Bettwäsche gewechselt und einen Heizkörper repariert haben. Insgesamt können wir das Haus empfehlen, für uns Allergiker wäre es jedoch im trockenen Hochsommer besser gewesen.
