At 4 km is PALAMOS, a typical Spanish fishing village and at 10 km PLAYA D'ARO is known for its many shops and nightlife very festive. The region is also full of many other coves and medieval villages.

Excellent séjour qui correspondait exactement à notre attente

La maison spacieuse est bien équipée et parfaitement située, entourée d'un jardin très agréable. Le patio et le toit terrasse nous ont séduits et permis de passer de super moments en extérieur.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage ist super für Kinder, sehr nahe am Strand. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet, der Garten und die Terrassen sind sehr schön.

excellent séjour

très jolie maison, très fonctionnelle, avec de très beaux espaces adaptés à tous les moments de la journée : le patio andalou avec son citronnier si agréable pour le petit déjeuner du matin, la terrasse sous l'auvent avec sa grande table pour le déjeuner du midi et le repas du soir et la terrasse donnant sur la mer à tout moment de la journée. La rue a traverser et vous êtes sur une très belle plage. Les commerces aux alentours et enfin une très belle région où nous sommes allés de découvertes en découvertes. A noter la disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous les en remercions. A recommander

2 semaines en famille en août

Nous revenons de 2 semaines de location à 2 familles avec 3 enfants de 7 ans, 5 ans et 20 mois. Si nous avons grandement apprécié la maison, son patio qui garde les plus petits en sécurité, son jardin et son toit terrasse idéal pour les soirées, nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de nous voir remettre les clés le jour de notre arrivée alors que le ménage n’avait pas encore été fait et ce malgré notre arrivée tardive ! Les femmes de ménage sont finalement arrivées à 20:15 pour faire le strict minimum et nous ont laissé, entre autre, des sanitaires crasseux, indigne du prix de la location et de l’endroit car l’on peut constater que les propriétaires en prennent soin (peintures récentes, équipements de qualités). L’emplacement tout proche de la mer mais aussi de plusieurs sentiers de randonnées est idéal et permet aussi de rejoindre l’autoroute facilement pour les excursions. Le quartier de la Fosca est résidentiel mais attention aux voisins proches qui peuvent être très bruyants la nuit - en pleine saison. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires à qui j’ai remonté les problèmes de propreté.

Semaine de rêve à La Fosca

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille avec 4 adultes et 5 enfants (dont 1 bébé) La maison est très agréable et très confortable (avec une mention spéciale pour le rooftop où nous avons pris tous nos apéros et dîners le soir !!) La localisation est parfaite car elle permet à la fois d'aller à la jolie plage de la Fosca (à 50m à pied), d'aller à pied à la très belle plage de Playa de Castell via le sentier de randonnée, ou d'aller voir les plages de Begur à moins de 30 mns en voiture. Une très belle adresse où nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

Great location with a few flaws

We stayed in the house with two families in July occupying all bedrooms. The location is brilliant, right opposite the beach. Though be mindful that two bedrooms face towards the road and beach club, which gets very noisy and night and you are forced to sleep with windows open as unfortunately there is no air con and it can get very hot. The property itself is nice, though some of the furniture/equipment (in particular the patio furniture) is worn off and could use replacement. Overall good space for 8 people and lovely roof terrace. Would be nice to have additional lounge furniture in the back garden. Very close to the agency in case of any problems, though they were a bit slow to respond as we had some issues with the outdoor barbecue. No wifi/internet, even though this was advertised on the website. All in all we had a lovely stay at the property and La Fosca beach is brilliant for the family. Also close to supermarket/bakery and driving distance to Palamos, larger supermarkets and a number of beautiful spots nearby.

Sommerliche Tag in La Fosca

Wir haben von Mitte bis Ende Juni 2019 dort schöne Urlaubstag verbracht und den Aufenthalt genossen. Abweichend von unserer bisherigen Planung haben wir dort lediglich mit 6 Erwachsenen gewohnt. Es ist ein schickes Haus mit tollem Ambiente. Leider sind uns aber auch einige Dinge aufgefallen, die abgestellt werden müssten. Im linken Doppelzimmer sind im linken Bett zwei Leisten des Lattenrostes zerbrochen vorgefunden worden. In dem grünen Badezimmer steht ständig Wasser auf dem Boden. Bei Ankunft mussten wir den Kühlschrank und die Räume reinigen, da die Vorabreinigung durch den Putzdienst nicht zufriedenstellend war. Leider ist auf dem Nachbargrundstück derzeit eine Baustelle, so dass wir durch den starken Lärm unsere Urlaubstage tagsüber auf dem Patio und/oder im Garten nicht verbringen konnten. Wir werden aber trotzdem diesen Urlaub in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Très agréable maison en bord de mer

Maison très agréable à 50 m de la plage. 3 chambres principales Avec leur petite salle de bain/wc, une autre petite pièce bureau avec des lits superposés peu pratiques : selon nous un système de banquette serait bien mieux adapté et modulable. Grande et belle salle de séjour, cuisine bien équipée : bémol sur la taille de la poubelle et du lave vaisselle, sous dimensionnés. Une charmante petite cour fermée à l’arrière et un délicieux jardin ombragé avec hamac et barbecue à gaz tout neuf. La buanderie est équipée d’un lave linge, d’un étendage, et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir disposer de parasols et matériel de plage. Un peu tôt dans la saison pour profiter de la belle terrasse sur le toit, et de la douche extérieure, il faudrait revenir l’été ! Chaise haute et lit parapluie en parfait état pour notre petit garçon de 20 mois, également de la vaisselle adaptée pour le petit, la maison bien close est vraiment adaptée pour les enfants et toute proche de la plage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, avons profité du sentier du littoral et d’excursions à Palamós et Palafrugell.

Great place and space for a family stay in a lovely location!

We booked this for our first family holiday with my mother, my sister and her young family. It was a brilliant stay. The property was easy to get to from Girona airport. It had plenty of space for us all and the children to play. We all enjoyed sitting on the terrace, which had a lovely view. My sister and her family didn’t have a car and found it very useful for the shop, beach and restaurants to be so close by. The beach is great, very pretty, family friendly with good facilities and so close! There are other beautiful beaches within walking distance. My husband and I hired a car from the airport so we could visit other places such as Cadaques, several medieval villages, the Dali museum which were an easy drive from the property. The owner of the property is very helpful and will answer any questions. It was a memorable experience for all. I thoroughly recommend this property for a family holiday!

magnifique sejour

Maison agréable même en arrière saison

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos 3 enfants... la maison correspondait bien à nos attentes, l'espace est très bien conçu. On a pu profité des terrasses même en cette arrière saison très agréable! Située proche de la mer, pas loin du centre ville de Palamos ( 5min en voiture)... Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. super location

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. On a surtout apprécié la terrasse à l'étage le soir, le jardin sécurisé pour l'enfant avec beaucoup de place pour jouer, les chambres avec salle de bain en suite, et la proximité de la mer.

Très agréable maison à côté d'une belle plage

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. La maison est très bien entretenue, avec de beaux espaces, un roof top très appréciable et il suffit de traverser la rue pour être sur la plage! Je vous la recommande sans hésiter.

une maison très agréable à vivre et bien placée

Nous avons loué cette maison durant le mois de mai. 2 couples avec un bébé d'à peine 1 an. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, c'est une maison très sympa, décoration de bon goût, chambres indépendantes les unes des autres, la vue sur la mer de la terrasse et surtout nous avons apprécié la situation. A 2 pas de la plage de la Fosca, possibilité de garer la voiture dans le jardin, ballades à pied exceptionnelles des 2 côtés de la plage. Très bon emplacement pour visiter les alentours sans faire trop de voiture. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse du propriétaire, n'hésitant pas à nous donner tous les éléments pour que nous soyons bien.

très agréable

La description est tout à fait conforme .Maison très agréable à vivre , bien entretenue et joliment décorée, bien placée près d'une plage surveillée, de petits restaurants , d'un départ de très belles promenades avec des vues splendides et la possibilité de se baigner dans de charmantes criques. Nous y retournerions volontiers .

la maison correspond à la description précise de l'annonce. L'environnement en sept est calme et agréable, à contrario beaucoup de commerces et restaurants fermés mais pas ce n'est pas gênant. Le propriétaire très sympathique nous a donné de bons conseils. Je conseillerai volontiers cette location mais hors saison, trop bruyant pour nous en juillet août. Nous avons passé une super semaine ensoleillée dans cette maison et sa super terrasse pour l'apéro, avec vue imprenable.

Excellentes vacances

Maison très bien placée sur plage très agréable. Vue superbe depuis le toit terrasse. Tout ce qu'on peut espérer trouver dans une maison de location s'y trouvait, en qualité et en quantité. Mention très bien aussi pour la personne de l'agence qui s'en occupe. A recommander.
