Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating (underfloor on ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Enclosed courtyard with barbecue. Hot tub for 4 (private). 2 pets welcome (£15 per stay, paid direct to the owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £150.. Ymwlch Barns are a charming complex of barn conversions situated in a quiet hamlet offering beautiful mountain views and country walks. The Dutch barns (UK12872 and UK12873) are superb, semi-detached barn conversions each offering modern open plan living with a luxurious touch and lovely private hot tubs in enclosed courtyards (towels not provided). They each have a kingsize bedroom and a twin room, making them ideal for small families or couples. Kris Kin (ref OXU) is a charming detached barn conversion with oak beams, wooden floor, well-equipped kitchen and an en-suite bathroom. This property also has its own hot tub.

The surroundings are alive with snowdrops in winter and bluebells in spring. The complex is a short drive away from the beach and castle at Criccieth, and a lovely selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. Situated on the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula, the area is perfect for walking and cycling with an abundance of lovely footpaths and peaceful country lanes. Just under 5 miles away is the lovely town of Porthmadog, with its pretty harbour and the start of fabulous narrow gauge steam train rides on the world famous Ffestiniog railway, which takes you deep into the heart of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park. The Italianate village of Portmeirion, zip wires and a great selection of golf courses are all close by. Beach 3 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2¼ miles.
Dutch Barn One (ref UK12872), Dutch Barn Two (ref UK12873) and Kris Kin (ref OXU) can be booked together to accommodate up to 16 guests.
Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property.

A security deposit of £150 pw is payable on arrival via cash or BACS and will be returned within 48 hours of departure.
Due to the modern open sided spiral staircase Dutch Barn 1 (UK12872) is not suitable for young children or guests with restricted mobility.
Towels for use with the hot tub are not provided; please remember to bring your own.

Double Dutch

Secluded location north of Criccieth, set in a small group of old cottages the Dutch Barns didn’t disappoint. Great views across the south of the Lleyn peninsula. Perfect base to enjoy North Wales or relax in the hot tub overlooking rolling hills.
