Amazing house with a big terrace in the heart of Monti area, 10 minutes walk from Colosseum in an elegant building with an ancient door.
The house is on third floor (no lift) and has a wonderful private big terrace with table and seats, 1 queen size bedroom,1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a third room with a single sofa bed, one living room with table and seats, TV, one fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge, two bathrooms one with shower and one with tub. Parquet is in all rooms.
Guests will have free use of air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, heating, dishwasher, microwave
washing machine, bed linens and towels, hair dryer in each bathroom, iron.
Metro stop Cavour in 5 minutes walk,Termini train station is 15 minutes walk away .
From airports (both Fiumicino and Ciampino) you can easily arrive to the house. You arrive by train or by bus to Termini train station, then the house is 15 minutes walk or 1 metro stop ( B line) and 5 minutes walk.

Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
