We love staying at Sans Soucci. We will probably not choose 505 again due to no bedding for the pull out sofa was provided. When I text management I was told they do not provide blankets. Other than that the stay was great. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Cozy Stay

A cozy condo with awesome beach views. Comfortable furniture, and I have stayed in other condos here but what a wonderful surprise, the bedroom has a floor to ceiling window with a gourgeous beach view! Great location. Delicous restaurant Peg Leg Pete's across the street with a little store next door with everything. Had a great time.

Perfect beach view on 5th story balcony. You can walk straight onto the beach. There is a pool and hot tub! All was clean; with plenty of room. It was me (1 adult) 2 pre-teens that stayed.

Easy walk to the sand!

This condo's location is directly on the beach with a very short walk to the sand. Beautiful view of the emerald waters. We stayed in July during the Blue Angels show and even then it was not overly crowded. Across the street from a great restaurant. Updated floors and comfortable bed. We were very pleased with this unit!

June at 505 Sans Souci

We were overall pleased, but the unit needs some updating. The couch was broken when we arrived, but property management fixed. The coffee table is falling apart. I believe then need more seating in the living room and a chest of drawers and mirror in the bed room. All was overall nice, but limited.

Relaxing View, but needs a little extra love

The location was great, with a balcony overlooking the beach, SO RELAXING! It had new(ish) flooring and sofa & chair, which was a plus, but the other living room furniture seemed like it was about to fall apart if you touched it. It smelled and looked clean when we arrived. However we found a few issues once we got settled, we noticed dirty and wet dishes that had been put away and ketchup on the cabinets. The master bathroom looked like it was a rushed remodeled just before we arrived. There was no ventilation. The shower was small and dark; the shower head sprayed water in all different directions, like it was stopped up and needs to be replaced. The bed seemed to be some what new also, but it seemed to be a Tempur-Pedic, which was not comfortable to me. One night we tried to watch a DVD we had rented but the DVD player was skippy and needs a good cleaning or replacement.

There was food on the walls and looks like blood on the bottom of the door and there was bugs in the room the door to the balcony stuck really bad our teenager could barely open it so the kids got stuck out there a lot. we couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the property after 5. The beach never got cleaned the 5 days we were there so there was a lot of trash out there Other than that it was ok

June Birthday Vacay

We love the location of this property. This is our second year in a row to stay at Sans Sauci, first time in this particular condo. We had a couple of hiccups with the front door and internet but both were resolved amazingly quick by the property manager and maintenance. The condo was very clean and other than regular wear/tear has been well maintained.

Perfect location

Our first stay in Pensacola Beach was wonderful. The property was clean and spacious and located right on the beach. It couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Check in and out we’re extremely easy and questions were answered promptly.

It would have been nice to have a hair dryer, coffee, a beach towel, and an extra roll of toilet paper. It is annoying to have to go to a store to purchase these things.

Great location

Perfect location, quiet area, condo/property is very quiet. No covered parking for this particular room. All appliances etc., worked properly. Overall nice stay, condo is need of remodeling, dirty walls, shower/tub needs replaced old and dingy didn’t feel very clean, no dresser to put clothes away other than closet. Lighting throughout is dim. Would stay at property again maybe other condo, or this one if updated.

Beautiful View

The unit had an excellent view of the Gulf and located conveniently to restaurants, etc. Perhaps due to Hurricane Sally last year and the COVID-19 pandemic the apartment was decent but in need of fresh paint and TLC. I give them a break due to the trials and tribulations of ownership in 2020-21.

Walls dirty. Alot of the trim around the flooring was loose or not attached at all. Shower head needs replaced. Needed magnifying glass for TV in bedroom. Got the job done, we were not n the room much but property definitely needs some paint and nails...not one of our favorites we have stayed in at the complex.
