The kitchen is fully equipped and is stocked with cookware and dishware you need for preparing your family’s favorite meals. Perfect family beach trip

We enjoyed our stay during spring break! Ample space for my husband and I and our 7 year old. Perfect location on the bay with only a quick 2-3 minute walk to the beach across the street. Condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. My daughter enjoyed the pool and walking on the dock on bayside. I recommend visiting Ft Pickens which is a quick drive from the condo.

Love this property!

Great family time at this condo

Family celebrated daughter’s college graduation and we stayed at the beach in this nice condo. Perfect location and beautiful beach. Condo fits our needs nicely. Would highly recommend staying at this condo.

Great Stay

This condo and location were great! Close to the beach and far enough away from the strip that there wasn’t a lot of traffic. The view from the patio was amazing. I really loved the pool and wish I’d spent more time there. Only bad thing for us was the couch was not comfortable and the master bed needs a new mattress or a topper. Would definitely stay again

Great until it wasn't

This condo was the best I have ever stayed in, mostly for location and view. loved it. Short stay 3 nights. on the second day, construction workers moved 5 pieces of patio furniture into the condo. some large including a gutted 36" table and 2 small chairs, and 2 large lifeguard style chairs. I asked them to wait as we only had that day and leaving the next. it was expensive to stay. furniture blocked tv and partial door. I had to move around as it was a safety hazard for my husband as he uses a cane. I contacted the rental manager. and spent at least 4 hours back and forth to no avail. finally someone came 4 hours later and moved the patio furniture around inside the condo. I didn't want inside the condo. I was livid. Not what I paid for. I think they gave me less than $50 back. I asked for another day at another time. The shoved in patio furniture was almost half the time we were there! Totally ruined my vacation mindset.

Broken Condo

Not enough handicapped parking, construction going on all hours, air conditioning/heating didn’t work the last two weeks we were there, the condo was used as a storage unit while construction was going on, and the popcorn ceiling was falling off the ceiling in the master bedroom. The master bathroom toilet was leaking and the sink didn’t drain very well.

High School Graduation Getaway

Brought our son and his best friend to celebrate them graduating and spend time with them before they go off to college. Location was great. Sunsets on the bay are fantastic. Kitchen had everything we needed. Description was spot on in regards to bringing/buying your own necessities. It comes equipped with the bare minimum. Overall good experience.

The location and the property itself is pretty cool but what kind of makes it annoying is the numerous amount of security gate passcodes and entries you have to enter just to get into your house. Half the time the the gate and door computer didn't even work so we literally be sitting out there for a while until someone else pulled up and had a clicker.

Thanksgiving getaway

Overall we loved our stay. The building had alot of construction going on so unfortunately sitting on the balcony we heard alot of drills, saws and hammers. The tile floors in the unit were dirty Our socks and bottom of our feet were black. Walls were dirty and there were handprints on the wall. The beds were very comfortable. The second bathroom was recently updated and looked great. The master bath was awkward closing tbe door. Its very small. My wife would have preferred more than 6 towels for a 5 day stay.. The view is spectacular.

Nice Property

We love Tristan Towers and Pensacola Beach. We did not get the unit we originally reserved due to a problem with the A/C? But we were not notified of the change until the morning of our arrival and we did get a different unit on a lower floor. Then the rental was not communicated to the owners as their family showed up the first night we were there thinking it was not rented. Not a problem for us, but a problem for them and a bit awkward. Two days of the water being turned off was not ideal but we do understand that there was hurricaine damage that needed to be repaired. Just a few snags, but we would stay there again.

Beautiful Views!

The views from this unit are beautiful ! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The décor was a bit dated and the coffee table was missing the glass top; push pins held up pictures and decor throughout the unit. However, the sofa and chairs were comfortable and unit spacious. The master bathroom is tight, but the owners did a beautiful job updating the second bath. The master bedroom was a little warm compared to the rest of the unit and we noticed the small oscillating fan up in the closet on the last day we were there that probably would have helped. The kitchen has plenty of counterspace for prep and cooking. Can’t complain about looking at the view while cooking. We also found it well appointed with pots/pans/utensils. We also discovered a number of beach / outdoor items in the outdoor closet. We borrowed a floaty to enjoy at the beach. We also found the residents on the property to be friendly and helpful. We had difficulty accessing the lobby and tennis courts and residents were kind enough to help us out. We found the grounds and property well maintained. The parking ample. We appreciated access to carts to help us move our belonging in and out. The elevators were also programmed to be readily available. We enjoyed the view of the bay while grilling steaks on the outdoor grills. The grilling area had picnic tables in shaded area and easy access to water to put out the fire. Bike racks were under cover. While there was a sign stating bikes needed to be tagged and register, a resident told us not to worry about that. The pool was clean and refreshing after playing tennis. Two outdoor showers made it easy to rinse off. Location of Tristan Towers is an easy walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Fort Pickens. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great view!!!

We loved our stay. Much of the decor is outdated and needing freshened up but this suite is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a cool, comfortable place to get out of the heat and rest and see the breathtaking view of the ocean.
