This boutique style condo complex is gated with 24 hour security and equipped with an elevator. The unit is located on the second floor facing CTM. A short walk to the beach and attractions.
This bright condo is completely furnished and comes with a fully equipped open kitchen and with a spacious breakfast bar. Dining area has a large glass dining table with 6 chairs, living room with new sofa and large stool, SMART TVs, Internet and games for rainy days. In suite Laundry facility is equipped with washer and dryer, and electric water heater. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers and screened windows. Master bedroom with 1 king and 1 single beds, safe in room. The second bedroom has a queen and 1 single beds. The condo has 3 AC units, 3 ceiling fans and portable fans for your comfort. 1 private parking space available.
Enjoy the large wraparound balcony that runs along the living room appointed with a table and 2 chairs. Front porch comes with a hammock and 2 extra chairs. Heading to the beach? 4 beach chairs and one beach umbrella are ready. Ocean view roof top sun deck with lounge chairs and pool with jacuzzi.
The condo is available for rent monthly.
The entire building has round-the-clock security, elevator and hurricane resistant glass.
This area also has a few gyms for those that cannot escape those daily workouts where you can enjoy yoga, zumba, cross-fit, spinning and many more exciting classes.
