This brand-new villa is the ideal base just a few minutes’ drive from the main town of Sivota and only a short drive from the beaches of Mikri Ammos and Mega Ammos.

Indoor Area
The entrance to Villa Michaela is unique as through its cave style design you enter through a natural built rear hallway tunnel. Upon entering the villa, you walk into the large open plan living area which through its large window panel doors will leave you mesmerized immediately with the private pool, Ionian Sea and natural light filling the entire space. The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining setting, lounge area with the option of a double sofa bed for two additional guests and a family bathroom with shower.
On this same level, as independent space, is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with the highest of luxury and comfort. The tall glass window panels will have you waking up in the morning to the endless crystal blue waters of the Ionian Archipelagos.
Outdoor Area
Alfresco life at Villa Michaela in Sivota Epirus is exactly what you would expect from a Greek Villa Holiday. The infinity pool, sun loungers and dining setting will have you choosing between soaking in the sun rays of the Greek summer sun or laying in the shade enjoying a refreshing beverage and dozing off for your Greek afternoon siesta.
