Renovated townhouse with airco and heatable pool near town centre and beach
Casa Nela is a newly renovated and completely refurbished townhouse set in a quiet cul de sac located at 10mn walk from Carvoeiro centre, the beach and restaurants.
The townhouse comprises a spacious lounge with dining area, woodburning stove, airconditioning and a modern open space and fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen sliding doors lead you into a glass enclosed balcony with dining area overlooking the pool terrace. This balcony also gives access to the pool terrace which is equipped with sunloungers & barbecue area.
The ground floor has also a guest cloakroom and a double bedroom with an open space walking shower area.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of them with a small terrace and stairs leading to the roof terrace, as well as a twin bedroom and a full bathroom.
The equipment includes cable TV, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in the lounge & all four bedrooms.
The twin bedroom is better suited for children rather than adults due to room and bed size.
During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.
