Lulu, is a two bedroom, one bathroom wooden house, with its own private garden and parking. Lulu has an 'L' shaped lounge/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and oven. The lounge has a TV and music system and ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 is has a double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds. Outside is a large covered patio with table and chairs for outside dining. On the patio is a sofa and coffee table perfect for relaxing day and night. Casita Lulu is an ideal place to stay for couples and families alike.

ESTANCIA
Para ir a ducharte y dormir. Necesita reforma y mejoras. El jardín no está cercado y el perrito se salia constantemente, un estrés. Deben invertir en ella para seguir alquilándola. La chica del mantenimiento muy amable y simpática. El olor en el baño insoportable.

La casita es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Todo estaba limpio y Dominic ha estado muy atento a todas nuestras necesidades. La única pega es que la casa no tiene mosquiteras y al estar en el campo por la noche entraban mosquitos.

Lugar para relajarse
La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas muy buenas vacaciones. Próxima a la playa de El Palmar, se accede dando un paseo. Lugar muy tranquilo, sin ruidos. Si puedo ,volveré sin duda

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA
Tuvimos muchos problemas (no habia agua, el termo estaba tb roto, no funcionaba el horno ni la hornilla, la puerta del porche estaba rota, habia clavos salidos el suelo, el porche lleno de telaranas, cacas de pajaro y ratas, no tienen aire acondicionado y por la noche es una autentica sauna...). Pero lo que fue horroso fue la actitud de la dueña. Mi mujer y mi hijo se pusieron enfermos la ultima noche y tuvimos que ir al hospital por la manana, el dia que nos ibamos y cuando volvimos vino la casera diciendo que no teniamos que ir, eran las 12:30 y el siguiente huesped no entraba hasta las 17h. Le pedi por favor un poco de tiempo a que el medicamento le hiciera efecto y que se secara la sillita del coche de mi hijo porque habia vomitado y se nego. Le dije que hay que ver con todos lo incovenientes que habiamos tenido y que no me habia quejado para nada, al reves, habia puesto buena cara y me dice que si no estoy contento que deje una resana en plan chulesca. Le digo que todo estaba sucio y sale de no se donde la limpiadora gritandonos de muy mala maneras diciendo que eso era el campo, que ella habia limpiado. Si hubiera sido por ella, la situacion hubiera ido a mucho mas, una verguenza y encima la casera callada despues de ver como nos estaban tratando nos dijo que nos fueramos que lo sentia mucho pero que no era su problema. Total nos tuvimos que ir, mi mujer todavia enferma y con la sillita empapada. SI QUEREIS PASAR UNAS BUENAS Y TRANQUILAS VACACIONES, MEJOR NO ALQUILEIS ESTA CASA.

Spacious and homely
The bungalow is really pretty and has a nice garden. The bedrooms are a good size and with nice clean bedding. The house felt nice and cool. El Palmar is off the grid so the roads in the area are not paved. It takes about 15-20 mins to walk to the beach, which is lovely. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the beachfront but not lots of food shops, so worth stocking up in Conil. Lisa was there as we arrived and helpful with directions. The kitchen had enough equipment and the house had a lovely open feel. El Palmar is a good base for visiting other beaches and towns in the area.

Es war sehr schön
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit bei Lisa und Dom. Das Haus ist schön, ruhig und mit kleinem Garten. Die überdachte und gemütliche Terrasse mit Grill war klasse.

Tolle Zeit in El Palmar!
Dieses Häuschen ist kuschelig und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Leere Gasflaschen wurden unverzüglich getauscht und Lisa war immer erreichbar bei Fragen. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit Garten, Lounge und Barbeque.

Schönes Häuschen mit Garten in Nähe des tollen Strandes
Das Häuschen hat alles geboten, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt: Ein gemütliches und modern eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer. mit gemütlichen Betten. Zudem eine tolle Terrasse mit gemütlicher Lounge und mit einem Esstisch für ein Frühstück im Freien. Die einzigen 2 Mankos, die auch zu einem Punktabzug geführt haben, war die generelle Sauberkeit und ein Nagerproblem, bei dem die Vermieter uns jedoch schnell zu helfen versucht haben.

Friendly, family atmosphere in beautiful El Palmar
The fantastic hosts at Casita Lulu made us feel immediately welcome. By the end of our week we felt like part of the family! The casita we stayed in had an open plan kitchen and living area with two seperate bedrooms as well as it's own private garden area complete with terrace and BBQ. It was beautifully presented and much more relaxed than our usual hotel holidays. The beach is literally just down the road and is absolutely stunning. A wealth or restaurants, bras and surf shops too...heaven! Will definetly be returning and would definetly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful week!

Tranquility close to beautiful beaches
We had the most amazing two weeks after returning to this setting for the second year running. It offered us the peace we wanted whilst giving access to the beaches and bars whenever required! Our family joined us and loved the setting too. The interior of the chalet is wonderful and we spent many happy evenings sat on the porch watching the stars! Lisa and Dom were welcoming and kind, even shopping for us before we arrived... a real treat. We would happily recommend this to anyone.

Might have been ok in the past (Review part 1)
First of all this is not a real home, this is a so called mobile home, which is not bad in the first place but you have to be aware that there are some differences which will be mentioned hereafter in my review. First of all warm water heating and cooking is with gas and this gas is provided by gas bottles in the inside (kitchen) and outside (for warm water heating), in general this should be no problem but when we arrived both bottles were empty and we needed to ask the owner to provide us with new bottles :-(. But most unpleasent was the whole impression of the interior. Everything (and I mean really everything) was filthy there were cobwebs in the "living room". The covers of the sofas where dirty and filthy , I believe it is not easy to keep the standard of a once immaculate holiday accomodation. There are a lot of people coming and going during a season and not everyone is caring and behaving like they would with their own furniture etc., but changing the coverings of Ikea stools and chairs should be not to expensive and shall be an option to give at least an impression of cleanliness (once every season or maybe every second at least). In the first two days we have been really frustrated as we needed to clean up the whole place. Coming to the furniture in the living room you could see that dogs where all over the place, the furniture have been nibbled on you could see the marks on the stools the table etc.. There was a small sound system which seemed to be from the junk market there were holes in the boxes and looked simply shabby. Kitchen The toaster was a mess dirty and partly broken, there was no coffee machine!!!! No coffee machine!!!! I would never thought not to find a coffee machine in a holiday accomodation!!. The water kettle was ful of scale and we cooked the water in a normal pot. By the way there is no potable water in place, you need to buy it in large bottles in the supermarket!!!! There was not one really usable knife to cut bread, meat or else.

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit viel Grün
Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern 12 und 15 zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Besonders genossen haben wir die Terrasse, auf der gefrühstückt haben und abends noch lange gesessen sind und den schön angelegten Garten. Die Ruhe, die wir dort vorfanden, hat uns dafür entschädigt, dass der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß heiß, staubig und ohne Schatten ist und wir die 10 Minuten, eher 15 Minuten bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen nicht gehen wollten. In den Strandrestaurants in El Plamar war abends und nachts viel los, so dass wir froh waren, dass wir in unserem ruhigen, mitten im Grünen gelegenes Ferienhaus Ruhe fanden. Parkplätze, in den meisten Fällen gebührenpflichtig (3 Euro in der Hochsaison), gibt es am Strand aber genug. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert vom Wellenreiten, das sie in einer der zahlreichen Surfschulen, die es am Strand gibt, gelernt haben. Ausflüge nach Cadiz, Conil, zu den weißen Dörfern, nach Tarifa und ein Tagesausflug nach Marroka nach Tanger ergänzten unsere Ferien kulturell. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben uns manchen Tipp gegeben. Unsere Kinder haben besonders den Hund von Liza und Domenic in ihr Herz geschlossen.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Familienunterkunft
Wir haben hier im Oktober/November entspannte 4 Wochen unserer Elternzeit verbringen dürfen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft hervorragend zu, uns hat es sogar noch besser gefallen, als es die Bilder zeigen. Das Häuschen wurde uns in einem sehr guten Zustand übergeben und die ganze kleine Anlage macht einen sehr schönen und gepflegten Eindruck! Lisa & Dominic sind perfekte Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. Mit gutem Geschmack und Geschick haben sie ihr Grundsstück angelegt und pflegen die kleinen Gärten und ihre Ferienhäuser. Die gemütliche Lounge hinter dem Haus haben wir oft für ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne oder ein gemütliches Barbecue am Abend genutzt. Das schön eingewachsene Plätzchen vor dem Haus war perfekt um den Tag bei einem Gläschen Wein (und sogar Meeresrauschen!) ausklingen zulassen... Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und haben das Häuschen auch bei Freunden und Verwandten empfohlen. Bis bald :)

OUr Stau at Casita Lulu El Palmar
Beautifully presented Casita a short walk from the most stunning Beach. Absolutely first class service from the friendly owners who live on the site, making us really feel part of "the family"! Can't recommend this place highly enough. Great position near beach and Conil and perfect for surfing in particular.
