On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with an air conditioner, dishwasher, oven, freezer and coffee machine.

What makes this property unique
The big neighbor house has a locked garage door that are actually in the garden of our house "Captains". These garage doors are always locked - noone uses these doors. Noone has access to this backyard part of garden except our guests from house "Captains".
