The property is only 3 minutes walk from the station. The open space across our block with a beautiful 27 acre park is an added bonus.
The area is the emerging 'Silicon Valley of London' with a vibrant vibe. The excellent transportation links are virtually at your door steps with supherb connectivity to downtown, London Gatwick Airport and the many restaurants/supermarkets nearby. This area is becoming a hot spot favoured by many parents who are in Croydon to enrol their kids in local private schools.
