really enjoyed our stay! olivia was wonderful and accommodated us needing to leave a day earlier due to our long drive back to texas. we hope we can stay again soon!
It was very nice. However the thermostats need to be recalibrated. We had them set to 68 because all the bedrooms as well as the dining/family room were over the top too hot. Yet the master bedroom, past the washing machines, was extremely cold. It had no heat. We froze in that room. The other family members were over heated and had to open windows in their rooms. Also the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable and created sore backs. It was a very clean and nice property but with all due respect to the owners we thought they should know about the situations described above. We would stay there again if we knew these problems got fixed. Thank you.
The property was exactly as expected. It was beautiful and very clean. The host had everything there that we needed. We created lots of fun memories with family and friends. Great communication!!
Beautiful location and close to hiking and skiing. Plenty of space for the 8 adults in our family. Kitchen was outfitted well and we really enjoyed the hot tub.
This place was cozy and in an AMAZING area the view was incredible the cabin was breathtaking checking in was easy there was PLENTY of towels I have no complaints!
The house was super nice and spacious. Exactly as listed. Well stocked kitchen. Really comfy beds. Hot tub was nice and clean with lots of towels. Host was super communicative, fast to answer, and very flexible. Would stay again!!
Place as advertised only issues kitchen very small for a large group. Driveway is extremely sloped. Host was great and very responsive. We had a great time!
Having stayed in Breck for a month my wife and I moved into this lovely large house and our 4 adult children came to stay with us for a week. The house easily accommodates a larger group and is perfect for those like us that wish to cook in. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. The hot tub was a welcome relief each evening after a hard day of skiing. Access to all the local resorts is very easy from this location. The downstairs has a large ample boot room for boots and ski clothing and has a separate TV room and bar off the 2 lower bedrooms. Heated floors make for good drying conditions in the lower level. The garage is warm - a nice touch in the morning when it's time to head out. Beds were very comfortable - the young adults commented on this repeatedly. The only thing we found a little annoying, was that the living room lights will flicker sometimes and needed to be lowered to stop this from happening. My electrician son-in-law advised that this was due to the type of dimmer switch that had been installed. Hopefully an easy fix. Also I think it's time to replace the carpet downstairs and on the stairs going up. Overall good value and a really good option for a larger family.
This is such a beautiful place nestled in the woods. We were in town for our wedding & it was the perfect place for our family to stay. Plenty of space & a perfect layout. The hot tub was a great way to end the evening & start the day. Olivia was very communicative & helpful. Highly recommend!
This was the perfect property for our family gathering. The townhouse was perfect for the babies and had room enough for all the families. The private setting worked out great! I would definitely stay here again!
This is our second time staying here. We had 5 teenagers and 4 adults and there is so much room! Love the second living area downstairs for the teens to unwind after skiing. The dining table and living room are so open and easy to play games or watch movies. And, the hot tub off the back is SO convenient. We love it here!
Great place for a family with mixed age kids! The young adults and teens hung out in the lower den in the evenings, which allowed us to have the kids go to bed at a reasonable time. Hot tub was lovely. Beds were comfortable and lots of blankets and pillows available. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condominium. It had plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you need. The private hot tub was awesome!
The heated floors was another thing plus. It’s close to everything too. We will definitely be back!
The condo was perfect! It was in a wonderful location close enough to town, but secluded and quiet. The owner was so communicative and the condo had it all: hot tub, games, multiple bathrooms, and laundry. The heated floors and entry way mudroom was ideal when you came in after being in the snow all day. Highly recommend.
Very nice townhome. Clean, convenient location, great to be able to bring our dog.

About the host
Hosted by Olivia Booysen
We have lived in a few countries and have travelled to several around the world, and fell in love with all that Colorado has to offer when we moved here in 2008 – the sunshine, the people and the great outdoors. We enjoy an active lifestyle of skiing, hiking, fishing and going to concerts and festivals with our 3 kiddos.
Why they chose this property
Owning a mountain home has been a longtime dream of ours and we purchased this second home as a weekend and vacation getaway where we can slow down and reconnect as a family. We chose this house because of its location, size and layout – we enjoy hosting friends and family and the general ambiance of the house is warm, inviting, and perfect for hosting groups of friends and family. Skiing is our favorite winter-time activity and the home has given us amazing access to 5 fantastic ski resorts (A-basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper and Vail), all within a short driving distance. Summer brings near perfect weather with amazing blue skies and green valleys covered with wildflowers. Spring and Fall offer its own beauty with the trees changing color and nature showcasing its diversity and ever-changing splendor. The property provides the privacy and relaxation that we seek from a mountain getaway with easy access to all the amazing activities Summit County has to offer - short driving distances away from spectacular trailheads for memorable day hikes (2-3 miles drive), world-class fishing is at your doorstep and several 14'ers are a short drive away. There is always something to do in and around Summit County with plenty of biking options, hot air balloon rides, rock-climbing, boating, golfing, horseback riding, kayaking, local markets, etc., and a plethora of festivals all year round. On the shores of scenic Dillon Reservoir, Frisco Bay Marina offers rental canoes, paddle boards, kayaks, pontoon boats, fishing boats and sailboats. We cannot imagine a more perfect place to fit every facet of our lives - we really hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
