Good stay once more in Benidorm.
The location. Cleanliness and general layout of the studio. It is comfortable and set in a good position for the beach and much much more. All within walking distanceshort reasonably priced bus ride. All in all I would book again Very noisy fridge freezer, affected sleep. Needs to be replaced with a quieter modelrelocated away from the beds.

Clean. & modern. Good size. Lovely view. Great location. Safe feel, as gated. Well equipped (just no hairdryer). Can scan QR code on router for instant WIFI connection. 3 lifts available to use. Well maintained pool area (but no loungers, just deck chairs in room to use) For me… On street key pick up @ 3am with phone, passport & bank card all needed. Building too residential ,for what I prefer. No sun on the apartment at anytime of the day.

great stay.
the location is brilliant. we had a very good stay here and will definitely be back to stay again. apartment is on the 12floor. very clean,great views. had everything we needed. key collection is on the same road about 10 minutes walk. the only bad bit would be the bed. needs a new mattress as we didn’t have the best of sleeps on it. but it was fine.

Opción muy recomendable
Estaba todo perfecto. El apartamento reformado y muy cómodo, al igual que la cama. La ubicación me parece excelente, a 2min de la playa y un paseo muy agradable del centro. Las vistas muy bonitas desde la planta 12. Por buscarle una pena, no tenía horno, aunque no nos hizo falta, y el motor de la nevera puede ser molesto a la hora de dormir ya que se encuentra frente a la cama, pero no fue mi caso.

Lo primero de todo que las ventanas no se podían abrir, eran tan viejas y estaban tan mal que solo pudimos abrir una y parecía que se iba a romper, lo segundo fue que te duchabas en la ducha, y en vez de tragar el agua, echaba más agua por el desagüe y se inundaba el baño, intentamos avisar a los chicos se Booking Benidorm pero no nos hicieron ni caso, por llamada telefónica y por mensaje de WhatsApp.

El apartamento está muy bien la verdad, muy luminoso, cómodo y moderno. Ubicación buena a dos pasos de la playa, paseo marítimo, restaurantes… Todo masificado, el apartamento tenía parking pero eso era un tetris, muy mal organizado, recomendamos ir en moto porq para aparcar está muy difícil. La zona de piscina se puede mejorar para que sea más cómoda, los ascensores fallan, y el portal estaba muy sucio.

Ya habíamos estado en este apartamento y repetimos este año a propósito porque nos había gustado. Es bastante tranquilo. La ubicación es estupenda, a un paso de la playa y con muchos servicios cerca, cafetería para desayunar, farmacia, restaurantes… muy bien ubicado. La comunidad tiene piscina, lo que es un plus. También tiene unas vistas estupendas. Quizá lo que no nos gustó mucho fue el tema del aparcamiento, hay muy pocas plazas y aunque el apartamento se anuncie con plaza de garaje, nunca hay sitio… De todas formas siempre hay sitio en la calle y la zona azul es bastante barata. Pero bueno sí que es verdad que pagas por un apartamento con aparcamiento…

El apartamento se encuentra situado a escasos metros de la playa de Levante. Dispone de todas las comodidades, frigorífico, lavadora, cafetera de cápsulas, lavavajillas (no lo utilizamos), cama muy cómoda, Wifi, etc. Las vistas al Mediterráneo en segunda línea de playa son privilegiadas. El apartamento en sí es sencillo pero casi perfecto. Quizás los viejos ascensores son la única pega.
