The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 King Master Suite with private pool entrance, 1 full size bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom with 2 twin beds) that can sleep 6 people comfortably. The living room area is wonderfully designed and furnished giving you a great home environment. Our home is nicely furnished and includes a game room with Foosball, Wii, and a pool table.

Sweetbay offers everything you may desire in a vacation home including a fully equipped kitchen, pool and beautiful decor. Sweetbay is a beautiful home on a large corner lot with privacy hedge providing complete privacy in the huge covered lanai overlooking the pool and spa. Arrange for optional pool heat by contacting owner. The pool is protected by a child safety fence. It can be accessed from the family room, master bedroom and the pool bathroom and can be viewed from all main living areas, ideal for keeping a safe eye on the kids. Short get away!

Had a great time! Property exactly as advertised! Everything we needed, grill was great, used pool and hot tub every day! Excellent location! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice house with pool in quiet neighborhood

House as depicted in photos. Especially like the full size refrigerator as well as the washer and dryer. Modern dishwasher. Pool nearly the width of the house and had a warming tub attached

Clean, well maintained property. It was supplied well. Great location.

We enjoyed Christmas week in the condo. The temps were a bit cool, but we paid to have the pool and spa heated, well worth the extra money. My daughter and I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, we all enjoyed the pool table! Many thanks!

Spring Games in Clermont

Multigenerational girls trip. We traveled from New England to watch college softball spring games. Everything about this stay was perfect. My only regret was not bringing the rest of the family along, great vacation rental. Everything you need close by. Owners and property manager very responsive. I highly recommend this property, and in fact, already have to team parents who plan to return to the area next year!

A great home away from home.

If you're looking for a place to stay near Disney while still being able to enjoy a quiet evening at the end of the night this is a great place. The owner and manager were very prompt for their responses and very accommodating to our needs including extending our stay by a day. The neighborhood is very clean and friendly. We had 3 adults and 3 children from 4-10 years old. The home is well equipped with young kids in mind for safety from the pool and accommodations inside the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

We had a great stay at this property! It is the cleanest and most well appointed rental I’ve stayed in, by far. Property managers Gemma and Trevor were incredible and went absolutely above and beyond for us when we had an issue with the pool lights. I was so impressed with the management of this property. We would definitely stay again!

Holiday Vacation

Great stay! The property is beautiful and well- kept inside and outside. The house is located in a great location and is close to stores, restaurants, etc, and is in a quiet neighborhood and has friendly neighbors throughout the community. The house is tastefully decorated, spacious, very comfortable, is fully equipped and had all the amenities for our stay. The game room area is a nice added touch. The pool is nice, although we didn’t use it during our stay. The property management company was very helpful, friendly and response time was quick (thank you Gemma!!) We really enjoyed our stay and will book again when we visit the Orlando area again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

Great family Vacation

We just arrived home from out stay at this lovely home. The property it self was great we spent most of our time I'm the pool and spa. The house was nice and gave everyone enough space to spread out. My boys loved the pool table in the garage. We spent sometime at Sea World and Discovery cove which was about a 30 minute drive. The homes location was great. It was a nice quiet neighborhood but close to grocery stores and restaurants. We definitely plan on going back to this home again.

Wonderful home

This home was wonderful! The booking process was easy. When we arrived they had left a corner lamp on since we got in in the evening time which was nice. The home was very welcoming and the pool was a lot of fun! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house with a terrific pool and spa

We spent 3 weeks at the house. We wanted to get out of the cold weather, and enjoy some time in the Florida sun. The house was just as described (except that the wii was broken). It was a terrific stay - we were at the house almost the entire time, and spent many hours in the pool and spa every day. The property manager was very responsive and dealt with any issues quickly. The house is very close to Wawa, Publix and Walmart which made it easy to get groceries and other things that we needed. We would definitely like to stay in the house again when we are in Orlando!

Very nice property and clean

Everything was as advertised and the property managers Trevor & Gemma were very pleasant and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very nice but after paying to heat the pool and hot tub my husband wasn’t able to use them as there was no railing to get into either place,otherwise everything was great

This is a great property to rent if you don't like the insanity of people in the 192/Disney area. We had a relaxing time over Christmas. Great kitchen!
