Located
in the countryside between Sannicola and Gallipoli, Villa Flo is a
property with a pool and a large garden, equipped with all accessories
needed to spend a nice and relaxing holiday in Puglia. Immersed in a
large field of approximately 9000 square meters, the villa is built on
two levels and offers air conditioning, internet, a barbecue and several open spaces. It has room to accommodate up to 12 people. Small pets are allowed.

A large fully fenced garden surround
the villa Flo entirely. Lanes and paths, well-kept flower beds and
relaxing areas and playgrounds: all paths lead to the large turquoise swimming pool, very characteristic, with the beautiful bridge over it, the solarium furnished with sun loungers and deckchairs, a jacuzzi
and the stairs that start from the veranda of the villa and lead
directly to the water. At night the lights enhance the beauty of the
outdoor spaces. You can also cook outside thanks to the barbecue.


The interior of the holiday villa: the large open space and the 4 bedrooms
The large villa is developed on two levels. On the mezzanine floor there is an open space
completely surrounded by large windows and with a wooden roof. There
are various rooms such as living rooms, dining room and a beautiful
kitchen with all accessories needed.


On the mezzanine floor of the sleeping area there are 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom and a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed plus a large bathroom with a jacuzzi.


The
semi-basement floor you will find the sleeping area. There are 2 other
bedrooms, both with their own bathroom: a bedroom with a double bedroom and a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.


All accessories and surroundings of Villa Flo
Villa Flo is a holiday home with pool,
equipped with air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, wi-fi
internet, games in the garden and outdoor jacuzzi by the pool. The villa
is suitable for large families, groups of families and friends up to 12
people.


Villa Flo is for rent in the countryside of  Sannicola, very close to Gallipoli. It’s a few minutes from the city where you can find all the important services. The beaches of Gallipoli and the beautiful city are just a few kilometers away.





- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 20 per person per week to pay upon arrival.

- Pool available from May to October, off season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 1000.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Mandatory midweek cleaning fee each 4 days, euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- Bedrooms are on the basement floor.
- Just small size pets are allowed.
