Een heel net appartement, van veel gemakken voorzien. Een airco was misschien wel fijn geweest maar door de vele ramen is er altijd wel een schaduw zijde open te zetten

Wohnung war schön,aber umständlich mit vielen Schlüsseln über Tiefgarage oder 2Gärten(verschlossen) zu erreichen.Eine 2.Schlüsselsammlung mußte erst besorgt werden.Die Abflüsse in den Bädern liefen schlecht ab und die Fugen waren stockig.Die Kontaktperson vor Ort war sehr freundlich und bemüht,der Check-in aber oberflächlich und hektisch.

Entspannt in Meran, tolle Wohnung mit phantastischem Ausblick. Wir hatten unsere Hündin dabei, die fand es eher naja, da kein grünes Plätzchen in der Nähe war. Also ohne Hund definitiv perfekt, mit Hund braucht man gute Ideen ☀️

Entspannung pur!

Eine wunderbare Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ! Großzügig, geschmackvoll und sauber! Wir (4 Freundinnen) haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen! Noch ein herzliches Dankeschön an Nadja und Pierluigi!!

Ausspannen in Meran

Die Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Meran und die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Am Abend, nach ausgiebigen Wanderungen, lädt die traumhafte Terrasse oder auch der Whirlpool zum entspannen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Meran und dann ganz sicher in diesesFeriendomiziel !!

Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr gut. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür. Check-In war ohne Probleme.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung in Meran

Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem tollen Balkon. Perfekt ausgestattet und äußerst gepflegt für einen erholsamen Urlaub im schönen Meran. Das Auto ist gut untergebracht in der geräumigen Tiefgarage. Ein Fahrstuhl fährt direkt bis vor die Wohnungstür. Wir haben viel Zeit auf dem schönen Balkon verbracht, einfach genial.

Ärgerlich…

Vorab ist zu sagen: die Wohnung ist schön, sie liegt etwa 20 Gehminuten von Meran Innenstadt entfernt. Weniger schön war die Tatsache, dass wir bei Ankunft 500€ mehr bezahlen sollten, da wir nicht zu zweit, sondern zu viert angereist waren. Wohlgemerkt in eine Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin, wurde uns unmissverständlich klar gemacht, dass wir ja wieder fahren könnten. Wir haben für eine Woche Meran über 1800€ bezahlt. Das war die Wohnung bei weitem nicht wert, zumal sie auch nicht richtig vorbereitet war. So fanden wir in der Kaffeemaschine eine benutzte, volle Filtertüte und die Reinlichkeit (Tisch etc.) war überschaubar. Alles in allem schön, aber VIEL zu teuer! Ärgerlich war auch, dass hier auf der Seite nirgendwo steht, dass in dem dritten Schlafzimmer nur ein Stockbett steht.

Tolle Terrassen mit Whirlpool, Loftvergnügen.

Alles sehr sauber und professionell. Nur zwei deutsche Programme, aber das Internet ist gut genug für Waipu.tv o.ä. auf mitgebrachtem Fire Stick. Cooles, modernes, Styling, MiniPoli Supermarkt quasi am Hauseingang, sehr praktisch. Der Whirlpool ist ein schönes abendliches Vergnügen ohne viel Aufwand oder gar Vorbereitung. Grosses Hauptbad mit toller Dusche, Nebenbad aber auch gut. Alles vorhanden, Eierkocher, Toaster, etc. Allerdings nur eine herkömmliche Filterkaffeemaschine oder italiensches Mokka Dings für die Herdplatte, muss man mögen. Bei Wunsch bzgl. Terrassenbeschattung/Bedienhilfe bzgl. der Riesenmarkise hat Diego innerhalb Minuten geantwortet und unverzüglich parat gestanden, hervorragend.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit allem Komfort!

Diese großzügig geschnittene Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Optimal ist der große Balkon, überdacht, nicht einsehbar, mit großen Pflanzenkübeln, mit bequemer großer Couch, Esstisch, Hollywoodschaukel und Grill. Auf einem weiteren Balkon kann man im Whirlpool entspannen. Aber auch die anderen Zimmer sind sehr schön angelegt, wobei das Stockwerkbett wirklich nur für Kinder/Jugendliche geeignet ist. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnanlage mit eigener Tiefgarage, problemlos zu befahren auch mit größeren Autos. An deren Ausfahrt findet man einen Supermarkt, der ein ausreichend großes Angebot hat, um sich für den Urlaub einzudecken, vor allem die morgentlichen Brötchen gibt es hier frisch. Der Vermieter Diego war bei Anreise anwesend und hat eine kleine Einweisung vorgenommen, sehr sympathisch. Er war auch sonst immer erreichbar, wobei wir überhaupt keine Probleme melden mussten. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub, Meran lohnt sich immer, natürlich auch die Umgebung. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir nach Meran fahren sollten.
