Finca Piña Alozaina by Ruralidays

Beautiful holiday Villa situated just 3 kilometers far from the city center of Alozaina, in Sierra de las Nieves, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

The Villa is surrounded by wonderful landscapes, and it is the place where to relax and enjoy the charming surrounding nature. As soon as you get there, you will feel you are in a heavenly place you would not easily forget. It has a very pretty decoration and a peculiar rustic style. The interior is wide, comfortable, bright and peaceful. All those details make it a special, comfortable and of course enjoyable estate.

The Villa is distributed in three floors. In total there are five bedrooms.

On the superior floor, there is a sloping ceilings bedroom with tree single beds, and a bathroom in suite with shower.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. One is equipped with two single beds and a bathroom in suite with shower and the other two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each one, one of them has a bathroom with hydro-massage shower in suite. There is also a very pretty lounge with chimney, independent kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed. Independently there is an entertainment room with a ping-pong table, billiard table and darts. From this room you can access directly to the swimming pool and the wonderful terrace. There is also a bathroom with shower.

The Villa is also equipped with dish-washing machine, oven, fridge, laundry-machine, WI-FI connection, AC and central heating in the lounge as well as in the bedrooms.

In the exterior area you can enjoy your holidays by swimming in the amazing private swimming pool, taking a walk or reading a book in the beautiful large garden, preparing barbecue in the completely equipped barbecue area, tasting delicious wines of the region of Malaga or simply enjoying the wonderful views of the Costa del Sol.
The owners offer more tables and chairs to eat outside.
The Villa is totally fenced and it is also provided with a security gate. The Villa has parking area for up to 6 vehicles and the access is through a paved road.

Die schöne Auffahrt mit Blick auf das Haus und die Umgebung wirkt luxuriös. Ein schöner und ruhiger Ort, an dem Sie mit mehreren Personen eine wunderbare Zeit verbringen können. Die feine Outdoor-"Küche" mit zwei BBQs. Das schöne Schwimmbad, der Tennisplatz und andere Einrichtungen. Einfach gut. würde wieder gehen. Für Lebensmittel gibt es einen modernen, feinen und umfangreichen Supermarkt, in dem Sie alles kaufen können.

Beautiful house near the Costa del Sol
The house was spotless and well equipped. It had modern appliances including a washer and dryer. There were dishes, glasses, pots and pans and cooking utensils - all we needed to make meals in the house. The location is very nice for exploring the area. We were able to take day trips to Granada (2 hrs away), Antequera, Ronda, Marbella, Malaga (all around 1 hour away). The town of Alozaina is 3 km from the house and were were able to buy groceries there and eat in some of the restaurants. The house is down a 1 mile long, bumpy dirt road- but the remoteness adds to the charm. The pool was very clean and the view beautiful. It was a very comfortable house in a wonderful location for our family vacation in Andalusia!

Für unsere Familie mit (kleinen) Kindern war das Haus ein großes Fest mit allen Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Gegend war auch wunderschön, mit kleinen Dörfern, umgeben von Bergen und viel Grün. Wir hoffen, bald wiederzukommen!!

Es liegt in einem ziemlich abgelegenen Hügelgebiet, ist jedoch von Oliven- und Orangenhainen umgeben, die das ländliche Erlebnis magisch ergänzen. Das Haus ist groß genug für Ruhe und Frieden, wenn Sie sich entspannen möchten, aber mit genügend Aktivitäten, um unsere großen Kinder zu beschäftigen.

Wir kamen zurück, um einen ausgezeichneten Urlaub zu haben, dank dieses zweiten Familienaufenthalts in dieser prächtigen Villa (Hacienda), sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und dekoriert. Wir waren 2 Familien aus der Region Paris. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Wir werden von Sébastian, dem Besitzer, immer sehr gut aufgenommen, dem wir im Vorbeigehen danken und ihn begrüßen. Sébastian ist immer aufmerksam, leicht erreichbar und sehr verfügbar. Er kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste und die Villa. Der Pool ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. In Alozaina finden Sie einen DIA-Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, einen Fischhändler, ein Bar-Restaurant (ich empfehle die Nuevo-Bar) und kleine Geschäfte (Dekoration, Kleidung ...), in denen die Preise sehr interessant sind. Nochmals vielen Dank Sébastian, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Fantastisches Zuhause mit allem Komfort. Unsere Teenager genossen alle Einrichtungen in und um die Villa; Tennis, Korb, Tischtennis, Billard, Dart, ... natürlich nicht zu vergessen. Wir hatten selten ein Ferienhaus, das so ordentlich und sauber war und in dem jedes Zimmer ein volles Zimmer mit den notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten war. Der Besitzer Sebastián ist ein äußerst freundlicher Mann, der sich sehr um sein Eigentum kümmert. Die Aussicht auf Tal und Berge ist phänomenal. Und obwohl es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nicht so viel zu erleben gibt; Wir genossen die Stille und die Ruhe. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entdecken!

Wir hatten eine super Woche mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern in dem komfortablen Haus in Alozaina. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am Hang und hat somit eine tolle Aussicht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet.
