Loved this cottage, everything you could need in terms of home comforts, ample kitchen equipment to do a 3 course meal (not that we did), courtyard garden perfect for the dog, as previously mentioned, parking is a little tight at the front of the property
Lovely cottage with many extras. Only issue we had was to get the TV to work consistently, managed to get in going for an hour over the whole of ChristmasEverything else was perfect.
Lovely cottage. Very cosy. Everything I needed. Lovely warm duvet. Only difficulty was parking as next door had a large van which made it a bit difficulr to
An extra charge for towels as well as for the beachhut, which was not mentioned in the description. Communications: "Sorry, but we need the extra charge to cover the cost for the laundry, and a bechhut like our would cost normally up to 75 pounds/day".
A tight cottage 2 up 2 down with not that much space, when you travel with little children. We are sorry that our little boy aged 2 destroyed a light wooden something for two pairs of shoes which stood next to the entrance under the warderobe. Never mind paying for this damage. Sorry, but we are not able to recommend. It#s always a bit difficult, when the owners could not be present ...
Stayed for 4 nights during Sep 24. Property had everything you require for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect for us, 15 mon walk to the coast or 1 min walk to a great pub The Bushell & Strike.
Will definately book again.
Very clean, everything you need & more in the cottage, comfy beds, location fantastic.
The cottage looks small from the outside but inside is very spacious, in a comfy way.
Loved our stay here, will be back again.
Second stay here as it’s close to the quiet dog friendly beach which is loved by our family. The cottage is large enough for 4 with everything you will need for your stay. A great Home from home.
This cottage is in a lovely location. Heacham village is beautiful. It is about 20 minute walk to the beach. The cottage unfortunately needs a good clean. Had to clean several areas when we arrived. Fridge had lots of ice all over it and needed a defrost. The fridge was not clean inside when we arrived with varying spilt items in the door shelves and the main section. The oven was also dirty. The cottage is beautifully furnished. There are several ornaments and artificial flower that were really dirty and not been cleaned for a long time. Blinds and under the sofa etc also not been cleaned for a long time. I understand that this property does allow dogs and does have an open fire so can expect some wear and tear. Once these issues are addressed then it would be a great place. Plenty of essentials like washing liquid, toilet rolls and bin bags etc.
There were also some need for maintenance as paving stones in garden loose and sofa quite rickety and stained.
The beach hut is great and well equipped.
We had no issues with parking on the front.
The double bed is comfortable but a little on the small side. All in all we enjoyed our trip and feel it would be a great place one the cleaning and maintenance issues have been addressed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cottage.
It was so thoughtfully decorated and was very comfortable.
The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to prepare food and was so well equipped.
The location was fabulous and was an easy walk to the beach, the grocery store and the pub.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the beach hut or the back garden because of the weather but, the garden looked so pretty and peaceful.
I would definitely recommend this cottage and I would book it again when we return to the area.

Absolutely beautiful cottage. Perfect placement for a Norfolk beach break away. Very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated property ! Loved the bathroom ! Bed was very comfortable ! Excellent communication with the owner and the property has a lovely pub very close by which is great. Lovely landlord and lady. Literally everything I wanted and needed in a holiday stay with my 3 dogs. Even the neighbours were al lovely and had 3 separate neighbours stop for a chat ! Thank you, id definitely stay again :) 😊
Perfect for our 3 night stay, had everything we required, lovely property, would definitely stay again in the future if we were to visit the area again.
It was such a delight to be able to relax straight away and find everything to hand we needed to cook properly, and enjoy our stay. A rare treat!
