Villa La Cola Nerja by Ruralidays

Holiday home near Nerja, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Located in the hills surrounding the precious white town of Nerja and the splendid little village of Maro, this holiday home ensures a truly relaxing holiday to up to five people. You and your family will enjoy the quietness of the surroundings, waking up to the birds chirping and the sunshine filtering through the curtains.

This holiday home features a rustic living area, where you will find all the furniture and appliances you need to enjoy your days as you like. The comfortable sofas, located facing the fireplace, let you relax and watch TV, which also broadcasts international channels. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious dishes, which you can have around the dining table located in the same room.

The rest of the house welcomes three bedrooms: two of them rely on a double bed each, whereas, in the third bedroom, you will have one single bed at your disposal. One bathroom with a shower and another bathroom with a bathtub complete the layout of the holiday home. If you need the baby cot, please keep in mind that the owner can provide it to you in the living room, since the bedrooms are too small to welcome the baby cot in addition to the beds.

The whole house is provided with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, you will find the cosiest areas, ideal for enjoying the sunshine and falling in love with the views of the hills that envelop the house. First of all, you are provided with a gorgeous porch and an area for "al fresco" dining, near which a brick-built BBQ and a wood-burning oven allow you to put your chef abilities to test. Then, head to the splendid private pool and take a dip in its fresh waters; the poolside sun loungers let you sunbathe and get that bronzed colour you have been dreaming of. A smaller dining table is located in this area, for you to have a drink by the pool. Last, but not least, the garden and colourful flowers are the touch of art you wouldn't expect, providing a lovely corner to fall asleep at the sound of the breeze blowing through the leaves.

The access is possible via a 50-mt unpaved lane.

La propriété, maison et aménagement des alentours, permet des vacances reposantes dans le calme, tout en restant proche des commodités de la côte et de visites très riches (Grenade par exemple, Cordoue, même si un peu loin) comme de sites moins connus (les villages et les montagnes de l'arrière-pays). La maison est confortable et bien pourvue en matériel, sauf pour les chambres et la salle de bains, fort petites. Beaucoup d'espace agréable à l'extérieur (piscine, terrasse, petite pelouse, fleurs à profusion, arbres fruitiers disponibles selon la saison : un petit éden en automne). Le tout est très bien entretenu. Une voiture est indispensable pour atteindre la villa et en sortir (3 km d'une route sinueuse à partir de la route côtière, puis quelques centaines de mètres d'un étroit chemin d'accès : le "prix" du calme ! Au total, à 10 km du centre de Nerja). Propriétaires disponibles si nécessaire.

Zunächst möchte ich Ihnen für Ihren Empfang und Ihre Verfügbarkeit sowie für Ihre Freundlichkeit danken, das heißt, der Ort, an dem wir übernachtet haben, ist einfach großartig, ruhig und vor allem sehr entspannend mit einem gepflegten Interieur, sehr exotisch und vor allem sehr sauber und sehr hübsch alles ist an seinem Platz und vorhanden. Was das Äußere betrifft, würde ich sagen, einfach großartig, harmonisch und entspannend! Was mir aufgefallen ist, war die Außenpflege whouaaaa ehrlich gesagt nichts zu sagen außer ''Hut ab vor dem Künstler'' der Rasen, die Obstbäume die Pflanzen und vor allem die hängenden Weintrauben und die Mangos! Das Haus ist fantastisch. Alles ist da, was Sie sich wünschen können. Schöne Aussicht, schöne Lage in den Bergen und schöner Pool. Die schöne Stadt Nerja und die Strände sind eine 15-minütige Fahrt entfernt. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und gastfreundlich und stehen bei Bedarf zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos und das unüberwindliche Äußere mit mehreren Bereichen, um einen Snack zu genießen und sich auszuruhen, zu lesen usw. und eine tolle Aussicht. Der Pool ist sauber und perfekt ausgerichtet, um die sonnigen Stunden zu nutzen. Verpassen Sie nicht die Sterne in der Nacht, eine ziemliche Show. 10 Autominuten von den Supermärkten Nerja und La Cueva entfernt. Der Zugang ist nicht schwierig, wenn man bedenkt, wo sich die Immobilie befindet. Vielen Dank für alles an Loli und Adolfo, wir hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu können.

The view from the villa was stunning, both during the day across the hillside and during the night when the stars came out and twinkled. The villa itself was comfortable and well appointed, with an excellent array of useful kitchen utensils. The pool was magical, our two teenage boys spent many hours splashing around. The owners were excellent, made us feel at home and communicated superbly. Nerja, was a fantastic place to dine and explore, but we also managed to make it to Granada (only an hour away) and local beaches with local charm. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you.

Ce Cortijo est très bien. Très confortable très bien équipé. Une propreté irréprochable. Et le plus important c'est le cadre. Nous sommes au milieu des collines entourés d'arbres fruitiers, nous avons même les poules. C'est le calme absolu par moment le soir nous pensons même être les seuls car il n'y a pas de lumière autour de nous ou si peu. La plage est proche en voiture. Les photos ne trompent pas. Vraiment à recommander pour ceux qui aiment le calme.
