Great villa located in a gated beach community. Seabrook Island is in close proximity to the charming historic city of Charleston. The villa is newly rebuilt with all new appliances and furniture. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. One bedroom has full sized bunk beds, which can fit two adults or 4 children comfortably. Master bedroom overlooks the marsh with queen bed and private bath. Living room has queen size fold out couch. Villa has private screened porch with view of the marsh. Wildlife views are abundant. Great recreation for everyone in the family to enjoy. The villa has a private pool and the beach is a bike ride or short car ride (1.5mi). There are nature trails and bike trails all over the island. Golf, tennis and an equestrian center offer extra fun for the family. Seabrook Club has a kids summer program full of activities and nature exploration. Villa has cable TV in all rooms, a DVD player, plus a washer and dryer. Linens and beach towels are provided. Amenities card is available for an additional $25/day or $150 for the week allows for access to additional private pools and clubs. Amenity cards are coordinated directly through Seabrook Island Club.

Nice place

Really great area. We visited in a colder month so not alot of outdoor things happening. If we decided to visit during the warmer months we would try to stay here. It was clean, pleanty of room and the beds were comfortable.

Longbend Road for Christmas

Jason & Charlotte were wonderful they let us arrive early & leave late. Always got back to us right away. Their condo was beautiful and comfortable, cozy and very spacious. Only complaint I have is the closet where the air-conditioner/heater was extremely dusty & dirty. bedroom where I was sleeping was right next to the open closet. We had to leave all windows open to breathe. This needs a deep cleaning.

The condo was nice and access to the local area was good. The long drive to places like Folley Beach was crowded and the wait long, but we left and went back at 5:00 PM and it was easy. We enjoyed our stay. Local food is great.

Perfect for a family vacation!

The place is very clean and well taken care of. The owners are very responsive and helpful. They offer extras such as fishing rods and floats for the kids which was wonderful. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend this for families!

We liked the gated community for safety. Beds were comfortable. We were told there was a coffee maker but never found one. Also slats on queen bed kept falling off the bed frame. He house worked well for 4 adults. comfortable sofa and lots of tv's.

A wonderful, relaxing beach trip

We had a great time at Seabrook Island! The villa was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the covered balcony (which has a nice ceiling fan), that looks over the marsh! We watched a storm roll in one evening and the next morning sat and watched all the wildlife as we ate breakfast (some really cool birds including 2 limpkins)! Then our last morning we went and watched loggerhead turtle babies start their amazing journey! The owner, Jason was quick to respond to any questions we had. My only critique would be that it would be helpful to have a basic guide for the condo with info on the TV's like, what channels are available, is there a DVD player, how to work the one in the bedroom etc. Also, is there wifi, and if so what the password is. Oh! and it could have the exact check out procedure (we were in a huge hurry to see the baby turtles so we winged it! Lol). I'm sure if I texted Jason about any of these things he would have responded immediately, but didn't want to keep bothering him! Again, overall had a great time! (And must have done the right thing for check out, because the very next day he sent my damage deposit back)! Thanks

Birthday weekend

This condo was great! We went for a quick birthday weekend and we’re not disappointed. The view off the porch was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous. The abundance of wildlife had to be our favorite. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great condo

Condo was clean and just as expected based on the listing. This was our fifth year at Seabrook and we couldn't fit in 6/7nights this year like most places require so I am glad we were able to find the condo to rent for a 4 night stay. It was plenty spacious for our family of 5.

Come and enjoy our condo with your family. We love spending weekends with the kids at the condo walking the beaches, riding our bikes, fishing in the lake and playing pickleball at the racquet club.

The view is amazing. We love how peaceful and family friendly this condo unit is. Our kids can ride their bikes, explore the marsh in an area that is not as busy as other parts of the island. We always have great wildlife views and can watch the tides change from our balcony.
