Ideally based for those who love to explore the region due to its central location, Ilfracombe, Croyde & Saunton beach, Exmoor and Woolcombe are within easy reach.

Inside; Church Cottage has sympathetically retained some of the original features; including beamed ceilings and latched doors. The welcoming flow between the original characteristics and modern amenities that this property provides is one that makes you feel right at home as soon as you arrive !

PROPERTY
Spacious farmhouse styled with a modern twist kitchen including a shabby chic styled dining table with seating for six, AGA full sized range, microwave, Belfast sink and dishwasher. Fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and dishes for serving the family the tastiest culinary delights.

Lounge with a cosy wood burner, LCD TV with online film streaming service, 2 pouffe bean bags and a double sofa bed with patio doors leading out to the rear courtyard.

1ST FLOOR
- Master Bedroom - Twin beds that can be arranged as a king-size (on request) bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.
- Bedroom Two - Double bed with bedside table and lamp.
- Bedroom Three - Compact bedroom with shorty bunk beds suitable for children only.

Family bathroom comprising of a large shower cubicle with rain shower head, W.C and washbasin.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Enclosed rear courtyard with benched seating, BBQ and fire pit for those chilly evenings.

Parking for one car, free parking is also available in the car park a few metres from the cottage.

The childrens playground and community village green is a couple minutes walk from the cottage which is ideal for dog walking and entertaining the children.

- Note; (Maximum 4 adults) - due to sleeping configuration
- Bedroom 3 is accessed via a separate set of stairs (May not be suited for very young children)
• We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours.
