The Lakeside Getaway - newly renovated condo on Lake Conroe

This gorgeous condo is the perfect place for any couple, solo traveler, or family to come and relax at the lake. The condo sleeps 4 people comfortably. It was renovated in March of 2017, it is in a great location and has a gracious and hospitable hostess who lives within a mile of the property and is very easy to contact if needed! No where else on the lake can you find a balcony directly over the water, guests will be within walking distance of a playground, basketball court, pool, tennis court and boat ramp.

The condo has a king bed in the bedroom and a full sized sofa bed in the living room, (extra beds can be requested if need be).

nice location

right on lake, bottom floor, could fish from balcony, access to condo pool and parking pass for marina short walk to wave restaurant and bar has a large outside area with a big pool. Plan ahead because there's not a grocery store close by. Definitely would like to go there again.

Perfect little condo for a couple to enjoy! Quaint open concept for the kitchen/living room, comfortable king bed, two sinks in the bathroom with a shower with perfect pressure! Definitely a 5-Star stay!

The balcony right over the water of Lake Conroe has a beautiful, extensive view! The apartment is wel- appointed & maintained. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there & it won’t be the last!

A nice little home away from home

My husband and I had an awesome time fishing right out the back door. The home had all the amenities you need for a week/weekend getaway. I look forward to contacting the homeowner again when we plan another trip to lake Conroe.

Wonderful condo

This is a great place to stay. Lovely furnishings and wonderful view. My only complaint would be that the kitchen is not well stocked (no baking pans, paper towels or dish soap for handwashing). We made a run to Dollar General and made it work. Fabulous neighborhood pool and quiet area.

This was our second time staying here. After I washed my hair the first morning I realized there was no hairdryer as stated so my husband had to go buy one. Also, the outlets are very weak and don’t hold the plug very well. The property is very old and the people upstairs were extremely noisy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming condo! Being situated on the first floor allowed us to indulge in our love for fishing right off the balcony—a dream come true for any fishing enthusiast! The cozy one-bedroom, one-bath layout with a small kitchen area open to the living and dining space was perfect for our needs. Although our stay was brief, every moment was filled with comfort and enjoyment. The condo was impeccably clean and adorned with adorable decor, making it feel like a home away from home. We only stayed for one night, but we were left wishing we could have extended our visit for a couple more days to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. Plus, the abundance of activities available in the area ensured that there was never a dull moment. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

Awesome location

First off they offered a military discount which was much appreciated. Secondly the location right on the water was spectacular. The only issues were: 1. The cleaning was not great. Example: Clumps of hair in the bathroom floor corner 2. It’s showing some wear and tear. Examples: shower curtain rod was broken, some door stops were broken, could use some paint. 3. There was a Keurig but there weren’t really and k cups. Other than that it was great and I would stay there again

A few maintenance issues like the couch, wasn't too comfortable, the bed squeaks a little and not as sturdy, and the stopper to the shower kept closing causing water to fill in the tub. Also, the balcony needed to be wiped down, there were a lot of cob webs. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our time.

Great find

The place was clean, cozy and easily accessible. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I asked for an iron and it was provided. The view of the lake was spectacular. The only down side was the broken living room sleeper sofa. It did not greatly impact our stay. I spent most of my time enjoying the view off the deck. Would recommend

Nice Balcony View

The A/C struggled to keep the living area cool in the daytime. The electrical sockets and light switches are in need of updating. Some sockets and lights worked, some not. Overall property is dated. Otherwise the best thing about the property was the patio view of the lake.

Great, short stay

Everything was as advertised and the water really is RIGHT there. I was cute, well appointed and had what I needed for my stay. The bed was super comfortable too and I am a picky sleeper! Communications with the owner were helpful and timely.

What makes this property unique

The balcony directly over the lake is definitely my favorite aspect of this condo. Whether you enjoy fishing from the balcony, having candle-lit dinners out doors or simply like to soak up the sun from your own private porch, the balcony is the best place to be!
