Spectacular duplex in the residential area of Meloneras. The main floor is composed of a spacious terrace with garden area, sunbeds and area with dining table, bright modern living room area with fully equipped american kitchen & a second patio on the back of the property with garden. The top floor has a twin bedroom with fitted in wardrobes, bathroom and the main bedroom with a double bed and a balcony which overlooks to the sea and to the meloneras golf course. The duplex has parking area and it is not necessary to make reservations in advance.

Februar 2023. Das Haus entspricht nicht dem Katalog Foto. Der Garten existiert nicht. Es ist eine Baustelle die notdürftig mit Kunstrasen abgedeckt ist. Das Haus macht schon von außen einen schäbigen Eindruck. E Kabel hängen lose an der Hauswand. Innen total abgewohnt und schmutzig. Das Bad ist eine Rost und Schimmel Oase. Wasser kam im dünnen Strahl aus blinden Armaturen. Duschen und Toiletten benutzung mussten minutiös abgesprochen werden. Wenn das Wasser in der Küche lief blieb das Bad trocken. Die Küche fettig, pappig, die Küchenmöbel wurden Hobbymässig überstrichen. Das Sofa war schmutzig, das Bett durchgelegen. Viele Bodenvliesen waren locker. WLAN und Parkplatz gibt es nicht. Die ganze Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und einige Häuser werden zur Zeit saniert, wir hatten 10 Tage Baulärm. Einfach nur schrecklich !
