About this property

Situated on the gulf, with beautiful sunsets, En Soleil is the most sought after resort in Panama City Beach. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo overlooks the gulf and the magnificent swimming pool. With only three units per floor, it is a quiet getaway for a family to enjoy the breathtaking view. Underground parking and an elevator take you directly to the 13th floor, you are out of the elements and your vehicle will stay cool on our warm days. This two bedroom unit is 1695 square feet which also includes a pullout couch and a pullout over sized chair for additional sleeping to accommodate extra guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached bathroom, the second bedroom has two queen size beds with an attached second bathroom which is also accessible from the living room for easy access. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and linens, and beach towels. The outdoor space is 25x12, completely private, covered, and includes its own stainless steel gas grill and table and chairs for outdoor cooking and dining. The condo has been completely re-painted and includes new living room furniture. We look forward to providing you with a memorable and comfortable experience in Unit 1322. You will be pleasantly surprised by our white sandy beaches, warm waters and two chairs available for your use on the beach.

Cozy Condo on the Beach

Very nice location. Condo has 2 bedrooms which both overlook the Gulf and both rooms have sliding doors to the balcony. Condo was clean. Host was great with communication. Really nice pool and walk right out to the beach. Would stay again.

Best Condo in PCB

The property and condo was very clean. We never had to wait on the elevator. The pool and beach were not crowded in front of the condo. We will be staying at this location again!!

Fantastic experience

There is not enough space to list all the great things about this condo and management. Everything was exactly as listed. Michelle was right on time with accurate check in and check out info. Checking in was a breeze even though we were a little late. Too many extra amenities in condo to list them all. Particularly liked the ice dispensing machine in the kitchen. The view was spectacular. Not overcrowded as some buildings can be. Easy parking. 5 stars for this rental. Thanks.

Awesome 34th Wedding Anniversary at En Soleil 1322.

Condo was very well stocked with all necessities and many unexpected needs. It was like being at home. All appliances worked as expected. Only one negative in the week long stay. No curtains in main living room caused temperatures to rise during the day (as high as 76 degrees). Automatic thermostat would override our desired 68 degrees. Constantly had to re-adjust thermostat to keep condo comfortable.

Great week on Thomas Drive.We have stayed in Michelles units several times.They are always clean and just as advertised We would call for take out food and enjoy the sunsets while enjoying some of the best food you could imagine.

Distance is one thing you don't always think about!

Was easy to get in touch with owner and had no problems with check in. The best property I have stayed at on the beach. The distance to the beach is short, the distance from unloading vehicle to elevator to room door is so close. The beach attendant is the BEST by far and works hard to make you happy and comfortable. The trip was great and I will stay again.

Amazing Stay at En Soleil

We have been vacationing at En Soleil for the last nine years and this unit on the 13th floor was amazing!! It is one of the few units that is updated and modernized which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and some beach toys for us to use. The unit was very clean and we were very happy with our stay! The pool and the view made it difficult to leave, but we will certainly stay here again!!

This is THE BEST condo in all of OCB!

We have stayed at this resort property several times but this was our first stay in 1322 with Michelle. First of all, this condo has been completely renovated and it is gorgeous! The 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were so comfortable my kids didn’t want to get out of them, haha! The laundry room is HUGE and has several beach chairs, beach towels and other toys. I particularly appreciated the sink as that’s where I hand washed our swim suits. We were also able to store our empty suitcases in there, freeing up more room in the bedrooms. Michelle was super nice and communicated with us immediately as we had a couple of questions upon our arrival. The condo was not only beautiful but CLEAN. Upon entering the unit, it instantly smelled clean and wonderful. We will absolutely be back and will only stay in this gorgeous unit. Thanks for an amazing week at the beach!

Beautiful decor

Michelle was always quick to respond. Decor was beautiful. Master bedroom bed was wonderful. The 2 beds in second bedroom were not comfortable. We did purchase coffeemaker as there was only a Keurig. I love a Keurig, but others that stayed preferred coffeemaker. Michelle was kind enough to state she would reimburse us for the cost of the coffeemaker. Kitchen could’ve been better stocked. We purchased a skillet and measuring spoons. We ran a little short on room to store clothes for 6 people. Unable to access one of the closets in second bedroom as it was locked. We did enjoy our stay, beautiful weather!

This is the best condo on the beach. It was our first time at this property and we will be back. We are spoiled. No waiting for parking, elevator, or for a chair at the pool. Very private and quite.

Great condo.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and the decor was beautiful. The only thing I would add would be some drapes in the living room to help with the heat during the hot months; however this in no way would stop me from renting from Michelle again. Ahhh-mazing!

Above and beyond what we could imagine!

Just returned from our stay in Michelle's two bed/two bath place and it was just incredible. There were three dance moms and five kids for a dance competition and we had huge dance duffel bags and suitcases and still tons of room. It was beautifully decorated (it is even better than pictures) and the view is gorgeous! The way the unit is laid out the bedrooms are on opposite sides so we each felt like we had our own space. The double sink in the master bath was perfect because all three of us each had our own area to get the girls ready for competition. The property is so well maintained and the beach and pool area are beautiful and were never crowded. Parking is a breeze and having the grocery cart in the garage to bring up your groceries is a great touch! Michelle was wonderful to work with and responded so quickly when we had any questions from booking up through our stay. Publix was a short car ride away and we never even ate out because we grilled almost every night! The ice maker in the unit was a great addition! The staff and all we met while there were so nice. I would not hesitate for one minute to come back to stay in this unit and wouldn't look anywhere else. I hope our Dance company comes back because I cant wait to come back to here! Thanks so much Michelle for sharing your property with us.

Hi! I am from Colorado Springs Colorado, and my oldest daughter brought me to the area after she married and moved here. I immediately fell in love with the area. My husband and I love the sand and water. He is an avid fisherman and teaches diving. I have horses, teach reading and literature, and LOVE my grandbabies!

Why they chose this property

En Soleil appealed to me the minute I looked at. The view was unbelievable, and the outdoor space was the nicest area that we have seen in Panama City. It is also across from my favorite taco shop, Finns!

What makes this property unique

Having only three units per floor makes for a quiet, private get away for you and your family. Underground parking keeps your vehicle cool during the hottest months, and the elevator takes you directly to your floor. The pool and outdoor living is the best there is in Panama City Beach. It is never crowded at our pool! The grill on our deck makes it easy to buy some fresh fish and cook it up in the unit while enjoying the beautiful view. Sunsets are the best you will ever see on the Gulf!
